We had 2 teenagers, who slept in the loft, but it was tight. Can’t stand up in loft and only 1 bathroom, which with 2 teen girls was a little challenging, but doable. The owner is close by and stopped to check on us. The management company was amazing. Answered immediately to any request.

Would like to see bathroom and kitchen updated, but everything worked and the location was great.

Extremely convenient location for access to the beach and town center. The loft was a perfect for our two small children.

The lofted beds were a little too high for our young kids, you’d probably want your kids to be at least 6 to sleep up there safely. The property met all our needs although we did have a scare when my foot broke right through a rotted floorboard on the deck and narrowly missed an injury. Overall the Management company was great and we loved our stay!

Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!

The location provided us the opportunity to walk to each (5) venue with ease. The mornings were enjoyed in the circle with coffee, smoothies and watching play on the lawn.
