Very well located and very close to the beach in the best region of Pitangueiras. Two parking spaces. House of 1 room with 60 m2 of built area and 120 m2 of land, chalet-nautical style, with lacquered lambri ceiling. It has a large bedroom with four bunk beds and table, plus two beds under the bunk beds, as you can see in the photos. In the living room, there is a TV set and a pull-out couch, which, when lifted, becomes a double bed. There is a garden-parking at the front and an area behind.
