With an area of ​​145 m2 that can accommodate up to 7 people, access to the first and second floor of the accommodation is via a wooden staircase.

The cottage has been completely renovated keeping the Alsatian spirit, the charm of the old mingling with the comfort of the modern.

This very spacious apartment is composed of a separate kitchen equipped with every comfort, a living room with a dining room and a lounge, a bedroom with a 160*200 bed and a 90*190 sofa bed, two bedrooms with a 160*190 bed, and two bathrooms with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The cottage has all the necessary comfort. The beds are made on your arrival, the bathroom and household linen is provided and we provide you with TV, wifi, connected speaker, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, cleaning product and equipment, safe, childcare equipment, board games and books.

    EXCELLENT location, excellent host. Walking distance to everything Colmar has to offer. Perfect home base to explore Alsace.

    My family and I visited Colmar because my wife heard how magical the whole town gets for their Christmas markets. I selected Gîte Dock 23 because the pictures made it look very inviting, plus the location was optimal for the markets. I must say when we arrived to the home check in was easy since the host met us there. When we entered the home my family was in awe. The house was amazing and to add to the amazement, the host had decorated the home for Christmas. The view from out of the home looked out upon the markets. The house was more than roomy enough for all of us. It was super convenient to get to any store or restaurant. The whole town feels like something out of a fairy tale and the home only enhanced that feeling. The house was stocked with almost every amenity we needed. The host was helpful with all of our questions. Her restaurant next to the home also made some of the best meals we had while we were in town. Thank you to the host for help make our stay so memorable.

    Great location with nearby parking. Good beds and showers. Nice kitchen. Chantal is very helpful. A nice surprise was a discount at her restaurant below. Colmar is charming and completely walkable.
