Future guests may want to ask about toilet restrictions before booking; one was unusual and, for a family with kids, probably would have altered our decision to book. After checking in, we were surprised to discover a restriction on toilet use. On check-in day, we asked for clarification but didn't receive confirmation until the second day of our stay. I would suggest that the host disclose these restrictions while they are in place so guests can be aware before booking. The location was quiet and convenient.

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The location is convenient and close to food and the freeway. We appreciated how prompt the host was in responding to any issues. The plants in and outside of the house made it feel very homey and I enjoyed checking out all the varieties. If I had any complaints, I would say it would have been nice to know the backyard was partially dirt and the towels could have been thicker.

There was a lot of ants and bugs on the plants in one room. The ant infested kitchen specifically . Even when there was no food left out.

This home was extremely charming, we spent so much time just out back looking at the unique plants. We were here over Fourth of July, and the neighborhood just exploded with fireworks, it was incredible. Close enough to the beach for the kids, restaurants everywhere. We would definitely stay again.

I was in Orange County to visit with my daughter and needed a place where she could bring her dog and it was perfect the backyard was good, the house was perfect size for what I needed it for, I even hosted a dinner party with some friends and everything went well! I will defiantly stay again the next time I’m in orange county
