This house was AMAZING!!! everything was so clean. We went for warped tour with a big group of 17 and everyone was comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Such a great host. Thank you!!

The house was big and beautiful. More than enough room for our family trip. I will say i am sure about how clean the house was. The floors seemed not cleaned. The main kitchen island was sticky. I myself had to scrub it. A few things around the house could have used some fixing. Tv in one of the rooms would not turn on and a bathroom sink was more like a sprinkler. Overall our stay was good.

The home was spacious with plenty of beds and baths. However, there were several issues that informed the owner of. The outdoor seating areas were not useable due to uncleanness and rust on furniture. The indoors had scratched walls in common areas(not a good look). Every air filter was visibly dirty and some of the pans were old and worn. These are some issues that we encountered during our stay over Memorial day weekend, 2025.

Home was in a great location with plenty of food/shopping options. Huntington Beach only 20mins away! Plenty of room with a full kitchen on both floors. Included in the house was a full size air hockey table, foosball table and classic pacman machine. The only problem we had was an ant problem in one of the bedrooms but all in all this was a very nice place and would come back again.

We had a large family that got together and had a great time. It was plenty big enough, good neighborhood and the manager was easy to talk to. The only hard part was the bigger kitchen was upstairs and we had a couple people that couldn't do stairs. So we had to keep bringing food and dishes up and down the stairs. If everyone could have done stairs it would have been perfect.

The house was overall great. It was excellent for a large group with lots of rooms and bathrooms and nice large common spaces. Couple of things to be aware of: Most of the beds are full/double beds, which means they are a little small for an adult couple to share, especially if you are over 5’10”. The house faces a busy street. This meant lots of light and noise at night. A noise machine/speaker playing white noise and headphones/sleep masks helped a lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house itself was very nice.

Beautiful home, enjoyed it very much

The house was nice and fit our large group nicely. The floors desperately need a good cleaning. If you walked barefoot your feet would turn black. The water heater was temperamental. Would be warms, then hot, then cold. Showering was always an adventure. Had a minor issue with WIFI, but the owners were great with communication and quick to fix it. Ants were a big issue in the upstairs kitchen. No matter how well we sealed food, they found a way in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The overall stay was wonderful the only real hiccup was the ants and we had no food out to attract them but loved the amount of space and the look of area. Needs some new air hockey tools though we were mostly out we wanted to play at night and was not able to

Everything was incredible and Diane had everything ready. After a little confusion in beginning, it all worked out wonderfully. Highly recommend.
