Perched high above Pigeon Forge with sweeping Smoky Mountain views from nearly every room, Raccoon Ridge is made for big group getaways that deserve more than just a place to sleep. This newly refreshed 3,500-square-foot cabin brings together classic log-cabin character, modern upgrades, and serious entertainment across multiple levels.

The views are the main event here. Three levels of covered decks span the back of the home, giving your group endless ways to take in the Smokies—from sunrise coffee in the rocking chairs to late-night conversations under the stars. A six-person hot tub invites long soaks as the ridgelines fade into evening, while the Weber gas grill makes mountain cookouts easy. Guests also enjoy seasonal access to the community pool within the subdivision, located just a short walk away.

Inside, the main living room makes an immediate impression with soaring cathedral ceilings, large windows, French doors, a stone fireplace, and a big-screen TV. It’s the kind of space made for post-Dollywood downtime, holiday mornings, and everyone piling in after a day out. Downstairs, a second living area brings even more room to spread out, complete with a big-screen TV, wet bar, mini-fridge, seating for three, and a bartender’s counter for easy drinks and late-night hangouts.

The kitchen is fully equipped for feeding a crowd, with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and both Keurig and drip coffee options. A spacious dining table seats ten, with additional bar seating for three, making group meals, game-day spreads, and holiday dinners feel effortless.

The entertainment setup is made for serious group fun. The newly upgraded game room features Golden Tee, Silver Strike Bowling, Target Toss Pro, Lawn Darts, PowerPutt Golf, upright and cocktail multicade machines, and Tic Tac Toe basketball. Upstairs, the billiards loft offers a regulation pool table and dartboard beneath exposed beams, giving guests another laid-back space to gather with mountain views close by.

Six well-appointed bedrooms accommodate up to 19 guests, including the queen sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, ensuite bathroom, and mountain views. Three additional king bedrooms include TVs, with one also offering an ensuite. A family-friendly bedroom includes a queen bed with a triple twin bunk, while another ensuite bedroom features a full-over-full bunk. Refreshed bedding and new flat-panel TVs add comfort throughout.

With high-speed WiFi, multiple fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, in-home laundry, spacious indoor gathering areas, and deck space across three levels, Raccoon Ridge is designed to make large-group stays feel easy.

Beyond the privacy of the cabin, you’re minutes from the best of Pigeon Forge. Dollywood is less than six miles away, The Island is under five miles away, and Gatlinburg, mountain coasters, scenic drives, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all within easy reach.

Whether you’re planning a family reunion, holiday trip, birthday weekend, or Smoky Mountain getaway with friends, Raccoon Ridge delivers the views, space, and entertainment to make it unforgettable.

The cabin was amazing, very clean, well stocked, and had a great view. There were several rooms and every room was very clean. The lights were on when we arrived making it very inviting. We all enjoyed the arcade games and the pool table. This is a great vacation rental.

The toilets on the main and second level weren’t clean. The attachment of the seat to the actual bowel had dry yellowish/brown liquid. The washing machine had mold and mildew. It was apparent when you opened the door, as well as noticeable black stains. The sofas upstairs are very well used. They swallowed you. The area rug on the main level is very dirty and or stained. The blinds had a thick layer of dust. Management was very helpful, with helping me locate the broom. Around the stove wasn’t completely swept.

We had an amazing stay at Raccoon Ridge. The location was perfect, with access to Dollywood, DigNZone, other Gatlinburg activities and restaurants, as well as hiking in the mountains close by!Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, several living spaces & a large dining room table for family meals were all appreciated.

I would rate this property a 4 out of 10. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by several issues during our stay. Most notably, the hot tub was not functioning for the majority of the week. Although the issue was finally resolved the day before our departure, the delay was frustrating. I remained in contact with the property management throughout the week, but the communication was inconsistent—they repeatedly assured me they were working on the issue and would return my calls, though follow-ups were minimal.Additionally, there was a persistent sewage odor around the exterior of the property, particularly noticeable in the mornings and evenings, which detracted from the overall experience. To their credit, the management did offer complimentary tickets for our entire group as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. However, given the issues we encountered, I would be hesitant to stay at this property again

We had such a great time at the cabin. There was enough room for adults and teens to have their own space. The location was perfect, so close to shops and sites. The owners were very responsive and the free tickets were a nice perk!

The house was perfect for our group. The view is as wonderful as you will find anywhere — particularly at this time of year. Overall, this house was the best value of any we have rented in the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area. Clean, comfortable, great location.

The cabin was gorgeous. We made many memories and left the cabin clean. There was a couple of things I wanted to make you aware of…. 1) Ants are in the kitchen, on the table. 2) downstairs shower handle/holder was standing in the corner of the shower when we arrived. Just thought you would want to know for repair. 3) the sewer smell was really bad in the cabin and outside-especially at night. We did see a momma bear and her 3 cubs. So cool. My family made many great memories. Deb

Very impressed with the overall size of the cabin. We loved all the wood! The scenery was enjoyed by all especially the wonderful porches and rocking chairs. It was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with( pots pans utensils etc) if you choose. There is a pool table and 1 video game. Very spacious. The first day we were welcomed by a mother and her baby raccoons! We got to watch them through the oversized windows. They even came up to the window when they saw us! There were a few things that could be improved on. Would we return to Raccoon Ridge? Our large group of 15 would say YES!
