Ground-floor mountain-view home with patio, central AC & washer/dryer

Love the location - great home base for exploring Sedona. BUT, the house is in need of maintenance and updating. The heat and AC was not working, and when we plugged in the space heaters, it overwhelmed the circuits so the electricity went out. No one called us until 4pm the next day for even attempting repair -- The backyard is super cute, but there is only 1 of the 3 doors that opens to get onto the back yard. On the positive side, it is a decent space for 2 couples - no more than that - the 3rd space would be okay for children, but there is no privacy. The stars at night are gorgeous and the location is fabulous - but it needs some TLC.

We spent 4 nights at the Bell Rock Paradise and were very pleased with our stay. First, Sedona is a fantastic site for hiking and outdoing. The house was absolutely perfect. Well located, well equipped and very clean. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located. Quiet street, yet minutes away from everything. Super clean, very comfortable. The back deck was where we spent most of our time. The daily visits from quail, dear, rabbits, birds, etc. was so enjoyable. The master bedroom could use a dresser or closet. Somewhere to put your clothes. Overall amazing place.

The Property is beautiful and the management company was great to deal with.. It was ultra clean and we loved the layout. I am planning to rent this property again next year.

We stayed here for a view of Bell rock. No views to speak of. Nearly Every door inside the house was locked or “off limits” including the master closet! Nowhere to hang clothes. No coffee. No foil. No cookie sheets to heat stuff in the oven. No zip locks. No trash bags. We literally had to go to the store to buy everything except dishes for 4 days. I’ve never stayed in a rental property so sparsely equipped. The patio furniture was covered. We only got one towel, one washcloth, and one hand towel to split. Ridiculous. Tried to contact the property manager a couple times to ask about things. Never got a response. Pillows are horrible. The only reason this place got 4 stars instead of one was the location. Beds were comfy and it was clean. Needs updating though. Would not stay here again for what we paid.

The spacious house, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, and delightful times on the back deck where deer sometimes wandered through the yard made this a great place for our family to stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and closeness to all the advantages Oak Creek without the hectic pace of Sedona.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy home. Location is in Village of Oak Creek and in a beautiful neighbor. Very accessible to restaurants, hiking, and a short drive to downtown Sedona. Amazing views from this home!

We loved our vacation! The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to downtown Sedona. The home was beautifully decorated and so peaceful to be in. It was clean, and it was easy to manage ourselves in the kitchen. I loved sitting in the backyard looking at the stars. We will definitely book this property again.
