Grill, Fireplace & Fenced-In Yard: Thornton Home!

The kitchen was fully equipped, (for those that like to cook) Kitchen very spacious! Whole house -very clean! Easy to locate. Enough clean towels for all guests!

We really enjoyed our stay here at this house. It was so well stocked with all kinds of goodies, such as popcorn, rice crispy treats, cereal of all kinds, spices, coffee, cooking oils, and plenty of pots and pans and dishes. The only thing we were missing was a can opener. At least we could not find one if it was there. Lol The yard was great for the dogs and there was a park we walked the dogs to every day that was close! Everything was so clean and the beds were comfy. Thanks for having us!

Our host, Terri, was so quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay and during our stay. The home was very comfortable as were all of the beds. We really appreciated that all of the kitchen cabinets had labels of contents so it was easy to find cookware and dishes without wasting time searching. We would definitely stay at one of Terri's properties again.

Perfect size home for us. Owner was very responsive to questions. I apologize for failing to start the dishwasher before leaving. The location of the home was ideal as we were in town for the state gymnastics championships

The home was very well stocked and clean. The fenced in yard and deck made our pup very happy! The property manager was very accessible and answered any questions promptly. The available lap top and printer were a nice touch. Wish there was a tv in the master bedroom! Hope to stay there again when we are visiting our son.

The Thorton home was as listed, the owner was very attentive, responded promptly to any messagw I would send. House is near shopping centers, Fwy, and college which was the main reason for our visit to CO. Would definitely come back and recommend this property.

We were in town for my son‘s wedding. The location and size of the house was just what we needed. Great floor plan for young children in the house. And bedrooms being on two different floors made bedtime go smoothly.

Our two familes stayed in the house so that we could visit with our aunt. The house was clean, every cabinet was labeled, and pet friendly which we appreciated. We even were able to park our car in the garage. We had a really nice time. We’d stay again.

Great place for the familys travel softball trip! Very clean and well kept house! Would stay again if we are ever back over that way.

When my family and I walked into the house, I knew we were going to have a good stay. We were in Denver for a wedding celebration for my son, so we were often gone. Yet when we were there, everything that we needed to cook, or clean up my grandchildren’s messes, was there for us. House was very comfortable and clean. Close to the activities that we enjoyed. We all enjoyed our stay.

This place took the cake. Hosts included many items like, coffee, milk ,oj, cereal, many spices and condiments, even a computer printer.We stayed during sons wedding.would return

The house was accurate compared to the listing. Clean, convenient, communication was great, amenities were much appreciated. Would recommend for any family.

The house was amazingly clean and as described. Was a wonderful surprise to find coffee pods, creamer, sweetener, tea, milk, oj and cereal stocked for us. The communication was a little lacking at first but once we arrived it was great. The location was great for us and all our adventures. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

My daughter graduated from CU Boulder this past weekend. We needed a house so our family could be together. We had 2 of our adult kids coming from out of state and 2 that lived close to this house including the graduate. All of the reviews are correct. The house seemed like it was going to be a great stay until... we adjusted the back camera so as not to watch us! It is clearly stated in the rental agreement that there are cameras at the front door and on the back sliding door. We felt like we were being watched while hanging out on the deck, the outdoor living space, with our adult children. We adjusted the back camera so they couldn't video and record us. We were threatened with eviction if we didn't put the cameras back to their original position. There was nowhere in the rental agreement that stated that the cameras cannot be adjusted. All we wanted to do was spend time with our family and celebrate our daughter's monumental achievement and not be videoed and recorded. We didn't want to be watched, it was an invasion of our privacy and it was creepy. We moved the cameras back during their quiet time hours of 10pm-8am. for its security purpose. Front door camera sees you come and go, back camera watches you on the deck and backyard. I am sure they will now put in their rental agreement that you cannot adjust the cameras, so just know that you are being watched! There is so much more I have to say but only have a limited amount of characters.

Great house with everything needed to be comfortable. Works great for our needs. Clean and well cared for house.

This host has thought through what a guest will need during their stay. Breakfast options were a welcome addition. Plenty of outlets and charging stations. Beds are comfortable. Bedrooms are split level, two up (1K, 1Q) /two down (bunk bed, Q) Good location for store, restaurants, and highway. Would stay again.

It was overall a great stay!!! Door gave me a little trouble getting in but she hopped on and helped talk me through how to open it!! Very communicative and checked on us! Had everything in the kitchen labeled and had stuff to do laundry and some snacks! 10/10 and a great location!

Our daughter was showing at the Denver stock show and we needed a home that was pet friendly, close to the stockyards and we could park a trailer. This house checked all the boxes and then some! I have never stayed at a rental that was so well equipment! We have stayed at several rentals and based on other stays have accumulated a list of supplies to pack for our stays…..that was not needed for this home! Down to even provided some basic groceries! Thank you again for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

Our stay was great start to finish! We loved how everything in the home was labeled. We had no issues with finding dishes or supplies. Very quiet neighborhood and safe. This home is not far from several activities around Denver. Highly recommend and will use this host again on future visits!

This house was perfect for our needs, and close to our weekend event and other family. Very well equipped kitchen, even included some breakfast items. The owner was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend if you need something in this area.

This Thornton, Colorado rental home is probably one of the best we’ve ever used. The home was very well appointed, including extra blankets and pillows, as well as toys and dishes for youngsters. In addition to the kids’ dishes, the kitchen has many small appliances, a spice selection never before seen in a rental, as well as provisions for breakfasts. We were not disappointed, and a five-star rating is well deserved.

I would stay there again.

Daughter lives nearby and was getting married. Incredibly well stocked, clean and comfortable.
