Griffin Ranch: Ultra Luxurious, Private Pool, Mature Palmtrees and Mountain View

My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teenagers) for what will likely be our last vacation with everyone together. We couldn't have picked a more perfect home for what we wanted to do - RELAX!! The entertainment system (TV and all those movies) kept everyone busy inside when the temps rose outside and the pool was perfect. The home has a great layout with the beautiful master on one side and the other 2 rooms on the opposite side. It was perfect - the house is very well stocked and as previous reviewers noted, the owners have thought of everything - from laundry detergent to toothbrushes and many things in between. They were on-site when we arrived to show us how to operate things and were available by phone during our stay as well. They were great to work with from the time of our reservation and returned our deposit within 2 weeks of our departure. I would absolutely reccommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy some beautiful weather and a luxurious home!

Where do I begin to describe how this is such a fabulous, upscale vacation rental!! The house is pristine, spacious, beautifully decorated, and most importantly VERY comfortable. The owners have thought of every amenity for a relaxing vacation including a well stocked kitchen that even the gourmet cook will enjoy, 250 BluRay movies at the touch of a finger, a 65 inch 3D tv to watch them on, a specialty expresso coffee machine , and way too many touches to list that Michael and Myat thought of. This house was perfect for our needs. We were looking for a secure back yard for our dogs, so we didn't want to be in an unfenced golf course property. The 50 foot brand new pool and spa with numerous water features is pretty to look at from the well designed, large and furnished patio. You can hone your putting skills on the putting green located by the pool. Really, the only negative I can think of is that we didn't stay long enough. We' ll definitely come back! We have rented many other VRBO properties and this is by far the BEST one so far. Michael and Myat are very attentive and responsive to any questions you may have and easy to work with. This is a special place and in case you haven't sensed it already in my review, :-)) I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this beautiful house around the New Year's holidays. The house is brand new with lots of upgrades and extremely comfortable, located in a very safe community and with gorgeous views of the mountains. The patio and pool area are set up to be enjoyed year-round. The owners are great to deal with and very accommodating. I highly recommend this rental house to any families with children. We look forward to coming back.

My family spent Thanksgiving week here and it could not have been a more perfect getaway. The house was beautiful and the pool was brand new. Very nice, quiet gated community in a great location. There is a huge living area, beautiful kitchen, large bedrooms each with a bathroom. The pictures don't do justice- this house is amazing! Michael was a pleasure to rent from and very accommodating. It's the perfect family home and we will be returning!! I would definitely recommend!
