Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Griffin Place is a single family home built in 1902, it is quirky and charming. Though greatly cared for, it shows it's age in some places. It's close to shops, the T, restaurants and Grandview Avenue and is a 15 minute commute to most Pittsburgh attractions. There is one off street parking pad, on street parking is permitted, first come first serve. Dogs are permitted with an additional fee( limit 2)..great for sports enthusiasts, urban explorers, family visiting,
