Greers Ferry Lakefront Home w/ Deck & Boat Slips!

Had a wonderful time. We stay in this cabin ever year and as always it was perfect for our family. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a boat dock was a big plus. Joey is a great host and is always easy to work with. We are already looking forward to next years stay.

We stay every year and always love our week on the lake. The house is perfect for our family.

It was great- swimming, fishing, tubing, skiing, wave boarding, and cliff jumping!

Had a great time, the home was the perfect place for a guys fishing trip, the chest freezer saved the day as we had a very successful trip, the home was extremely clean and well stocked, the covered front porch was the perfect gathering place, can't say enough good things about our experience, our host emailed nearly every day making sure everything ok and if we needed anything. The host even allowed us to use 2 more boat slips that weren't included in the agreement, that was very generous of him. We definitely recommend this place and will always try to book this one every time for our annual trek to Greers Ferry

The property manager was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early. The house was open and roomy and with the family you did not feel confined. The open floor plan made life easier when everyone was inside. The large dining room table accommodated everyone for breakfast and dinner. The porch space was a plus with the outside flat grill. It was nice while someone was grilling everyone could mingle and the fan was a plus to assist with keeping the bugs away. The neighborhood dogs were really friendly and the kids loved that they would follow them around. My younger son wanted to take one back with us all the way to California :) The boat dock is a hop skip and a jump away :) With having the dock we did not have to go out and float in the middle of the lake. We tied a rope to the dock and the kids had a blast on the lily pad. I asked the property manager if we could stay longer and he helped with finding other locations to see if we could stay longer. He went out of his way to accommodate with this. We have stayed in Higden at other rentals for the last 5 years and we will not stay anywhere else next year except at this location. Everything was perfect and our family made great lasting memories.

We have stayed at this property several times and have always been very pleased with the property. There is plenty of room inside and out for all ages. The property is stocked with everything you need for cooking. Love that it has a washer and dryer and an extra freezer. The owners are great to work with and are always quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying here next year.

I have stayed in this property before evolve took over. The rate has gone up double. I hope other vacationers get to see this review. The property is great, but the charge that evolve ask for is too high . evolve takes the money and if anything goes wrong you have to call the owner, then work out the problems. As before evolve took over you could ask for reservations the next year with no problem working with the owner, now you have to beat others from reserving before you. evolve charges a 30% down payment and you loose this if you cant come for any reason

No complaints at all. The property was clean and comfortable. We had a great time.
