Stayed May 27, 2025Great place to visit Greenville. Located close to everything. House was well stocked. We brought our E bikes. The house is located about 3 miles from Swamp rabbit Trail. The covered porch was a great place to store the bikes overnight.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024We enjoyed the property for ready access to the Greenville downtown area. There was plenty of parking on site. The home has charm. Our one disappointment was the hot tub was not hot on our arrival and took 24 hours to be ready to use which greatly limited our enjoyment during our brief stay. We would recommend the place to others visiting the area.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Three of us in our 60s met at this cottage in Greenville to catch up after not having been together for a number of years. What a joy it was to be together again, and what a joy it was to stay in Greenville Cottage with Brenda as our host! Most important to me when I rent through VRBO is timely communication with the host. I got that with Brenda. From the questions I asked at the beginning of the process, through our stay, and upon check out, Brenda answered quickly. I had a little trouble figuring out the lock upon check in, but Brenda answered my call right away and stayed on the phone with me to help me troubleshoot until we got it solved. The cottage was clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We could tell that Brenda has taken suggestions from her guests and implemented ideas that help guests have the most comfortable stay possible. The location was perfect for us. We were a quick drive from downtown Greenville and a couple minutes from a grocery store. I would definitely rent this place again if I visit Greenville. Hopefully, I can return in the fall or winter so I can make use of the hot tub and beautiful porch, yard, and fire pit. There are abundant outdoor conversation areas with many different seating choices, but the July temperatures kept us inside this adorable cottage talking, snacking, and catching up on years of conversation. You will not be disappointed if you choose Brenda's place for your next trip to Greenville.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We went to Greenville to accompany or son to a Jazz music camp at Furman. Due to sickness, we were going back and forth on our reservation ending up staying even a day longer than planned originally. Throughout the entire time the hostess supported us managing the back and forth payments ensuring that we wouldn't double pay due to the initial cancellation. During our stay she frequently connected with us making sure that we're having a good time and she made many suggestions of what we can do while in Greenville. The house is very cozy, in a nice neighborhood and very close to Furman (8 minutes) and downtown (15 minutes). Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you again! Response from Host: Martin, thank you for your thorough and kind review. Your family was such a pleasure to work with. We were so happy you were able to turn around your situation with illness and enjoy the sights and sounds around town and our general area. We hope you'll come again for more adventures in Greenville. You made it a special week to remember.

Stayed May 21, 2024This small home/bungalow was exactly as advertised. It is just four miles from Paris Mountain State Park, which has an amazing set of hiking trails. (It does cost $6/day/person to enter the park.) The hostess is exceedingly friendly and cares about a quality stay. Wonderful outside swing, chair, and fire pit area. Strong wifi; great TVs; kitchen had everything one could need.
