- Cancellation Policy Due to Seattle's status as a 2026 FIFA World Cup host city and the exceptionally high demand during match dates, this listing uses a Strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in plans.
- This is a strict pet-free property (no guest pets permitted).
- This is a townhouse with stairs between the three floors; bedrooms are on the top floor.
- The entire townhome is included in this rental with the exception of the garage. Guests will be granted access via a smart lock.
- Location Note: The home is located on N 80th near Green Lake. Light traffic noise may be noticeable at times, typical for this area. Sound machines are provided in both bedrooms, and the primary bedroom has air conditioning for added comfort.
- Exterior cameras and Ring camera at the front door only.
- For extended stays of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh cleaning will be arranged and scheduled in advance. This light service includes fresh linens, towels, and a general tidy-up to maintain the comfort and quality our guests enjoy. The listed cleaning fee applies to shorter stays; for longer visits, refresh details and costs will be discussed prior to confirming your reservation.

    Facilities were good. Kitchen was fine, coffee bar was excellent (loved the foamer :-) Downside: the property abuts 80th st and the bedroom was quite noisy at night.

    There was no pool.This unit is excellent for a stay in Seattle. Close to public transportation/walking/a great seafood restaurant and is close to many wonderful Seattle attractions. The Unit is well stock with a coffee bar and wonderful kitchen if you choose to cook. The beds are comfortable, and everything is very clean and 2 bathrooms.We enjoyed our 5-day stay here very much and will likely return. Note: this unit has 2 stairways as it is a three- story condo. It did not bother us.
