Stayed Apr 3, 2023Great location & short walk to the beach! Overall, it was just what we expected. We were unaware of the train very close by, but it only went through a few times a day & wasn’t too disruptive. My boys loved having their own room with bunk beds! Our bed was very comfortable as well, which is very important after long days at the beach. The only thing that I would have liked to have that we didn’t is at least a dresser in each bedroom for clothes. In the master there was only the shelf in the closet, which is pretty high to set folded clothes on. The boys room also had a shelf, but my boys wouldn’t have been able to reach so we put their clothes on the top bunks.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022Mice droppings were all over the 1st floor, which was worrisome because I have a 20 mos old. It was addressed within 24-48h, but shouldn’t have been because the maid mentioned it was a known issue!!

Stayed Jul 16, 2022We had 3 condos with family members for a week in this gated community. Its in a great location. The condos are well furnished, decorated very nice, had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. A few cautionary items: The train is close,loud & runs frequently. The speed bumps are very high in the complex, hard on your vehicle. The pool is small, no where for outside seating for a group over 10pp. The yard was overgrown the entire week, the trash was overflowing, no where else to take it. The owners seemed nice to work with, and cared about the property.
