Stayed Nov 26, 2025This house was an excellent option for our extended family to enjoy Thanksgiving on MV. It was extremely well-stocked with modern, upscale appliances, comfortable beds, and lots of living space and bathrooms. A problem we encountered is that our turkey didn't fit in the upstairs oven and the oven in the lower level was broken. The property manager sent someone over to check it, but he said he couldn't fix whatever was wrong with it that day. We had to find a workaround, which was quite inconvenient.Additionally, the checkout process was confusing, as we received several communications with differing instructions. We appreciated being allowed a bit of an early check-in and late checkout, but we were told by the real estate company to ignore the automated text messages and to drop the key off at their office when leaving. However, when we arrived there, it was closed, so we had to rush back to leave the key at the house in order to catch our ferry. Even with these minor glitches, it's a great house and we plan to be back!

Stayed Jul 23, 2023We had an amazing time and this house was the perfect “home base” for our week on the Vineyard. A very easy walk into town which was perfect for grabbing morning coffee or walking to a beach. The house itself had everything we needed! We enjoyed lots of time outside on the patio and had wonderful meals inside at the large table. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023This house is a stunner! We had an absolutely magical week on Martha's Vineyard and can't wait to return. This home is spectacular - clean, well appointed, perfect location and extremely spacious and comfortable. We had a perfect stay.
