Assateague Channel, the lighthouse and the marsh where the wild
ponies graze. Three large bedrooms and 2 baths.
Only 5 minutes to the beach or 3 minutes to town.

Stayed Apr 1, 2026Views from the front porch were amazing. Listening to the bird calls while being able to see wild ponies from the deck made it very relaxing. Communication with the host was fast and quick responses. Having the large yard allowed our dogs room to enjoy the house. Enough open space on first floor for the dog crates.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Such a great location. You can see the ponies with binoculars from the lovely screened porch.This was close enough to the park and restaurants but far enough for a nice quiet getaway.

Stayed May 3, 2024Very quiet section of the island with great views of Assateague and the lighthouse. Also very close to Memorial Park and Tom’s Cove Park for access to the annual seafood fest!

Stayed Jul 25, 2023Stayed just one night to be in a good location to walk to pony crossing vantage point. This worked perfectly. Less than a mile to the park and then another relatively short hike to spot where horses come ashore. The host granted us a delay in checkout so we could clean ourselves off and change before packing up and leaving. A little misunderstanding at checkin but host was VERY quick at settling the issue and was generous in giving us a refund for a service we had agreed to. Lighthouse view was wonderful. Great place to stay in Chincoteague
