Great location and clean

The place was very clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent check in was very easy with a code lock. Would definitely rent from him again.

Infested with bees, called several times and left messages. Was there a week no call back.. the mattresses were older than me. The remotes didn’t work on tvs, It’s a nice area but the yard sale decor needs an upgrade.

The property is a great location to the main strip. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable. Did not have a remote for the larger bedroom so television could not be used. Called prooerty but no response. Water pressure a bit low in shower but able to be used. Parking conveniently in front of building. All in all, a nice stay.

This was a post-covid reunion girls' weekend. We were impressed with this rental which was impeccably clean and very modern. We lacked for nothing in the kitchen. We enjoyed the outdoor space including the gas grills and bonfire pits. The owners were extremely responsive to our notes about amenities. They were available to restock some paper products.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, using the microwave led to a circuit breaker getting tripped. They had the microwave, stove, refrigerator, and wifi access point all on the same circuit. It tripped twice while we were there, and since no one seemed to be on site, the second time this happened it took at least an hour for them to address the tripped circuit breaker. Meanwhile we were concerned that the food in the refrigerator would spoil so we were reluctant to open the refrigerator door, but we were in the middle of making dinner when the circuit breaker was tripped. We also had no Wi-Fi at that point since the wifi access point was on that circuit. We ended up moving the microwave to a different circuit by the Keurig, but given this has been an ongoing issue I am not sure why it has not been addressed. We found a pair of socks on the bottom level of the coffee table, so I am really not sure how well the place had been cleaned prior to our arrival. For the price we paid for our stay, I would have expected that the kitchen could be used without concern about a circuit breaker getting tripped. Place is a bit noisy because of restaurants nearby, but it is a convenient location.

Woke up with red bite marks all over my legs

Everything was great! The bathroom shower curtain has mold on the bottom which made the bathroom smell of mold. We had a mouse we caught and put outside. Other than that, was great! Will stay again

1st time to GOTL - great location for walkability. Apartment was small, but good for a small family/couple. Nice to sit on balcony and relax.

Stayed at this place with my fiancé for 4 nights and was perfect for what we needed. Very relaxing feel and most of the daylight hours, the balcony is shaded, which was a plus being that it was the hottest week of the year. Speaking of, the AC units were perfect as well (for anyone staying here, recommend putting a fan in front of main bedroom AC, close the door and when you come back end of the day the room will be perfectly cold). Only downside was the water pressure was very low but still able to take a shower, just takes a little longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed 1 day. But it was a very nice place. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Nice location

Communication was great with staff. The space was perfect for what we needed. Everything was 5 Star. I was concerned because I read about heating problems, and it was supposed to get cold. After consulting with staff and a little bit of ingenuity the temperature was great throughout. The view from the balcony was great and my wife and I went walking at the state park daily. Opportunities to improve would be adding a couch as the chairs were not the most relaxing. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this as an affordable option for any couple.

Great location with an affordable price! We've stayed at multiple locations near the strip and the Eagles Cliff is by far my favorite. Clean rooms & fast communication with management.

Clean, quiet and in a wonderful location to enjoy the GOTL strip and lake. Checking in/out was an easy process. The Property Manager provided great communication and was prompt to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely book this property again!

Such a beautiful time to be up at this location. The accommodations were as always spot on. Our favorite thing about staying here is the location to all the area watering spots. An evening at the facilities fire pit was a great way to start the night.

Very VERY disappointed. Air conditioners were absolutely FILTHY dirty. Wires over black tar paper around door to outside deck. Therefore, fearful to go out the door in the kitchen and unable to enjoy the deck, which was one of the selling points for me to book. Wrens pecked around deck door to kitchen; thought they were going to peck their way in. Only one chair on deck. The other 2 chairs outside on the grass were not in usable condition. No place to hang clothes or towels.

We found the area quaint and right sized for our needs. Everything was accessible by walking if preferred. A large yard for the complex included several fire rings and a large supple of wood. The others staying in this area were very friendly and helpful. I would caution you will hear the music from the bar across the fence. Two of the three nights it offered a nice background music to our festivities. Overall, we would definitely stay with this host again.

This place was cute and had everything we needed for a night stay. The only issue I had were the chairs in the living room they were uncomfortable have an odor

This is my 5th stay at this exact cottage starting over 20 year's ago when it was called the Stearsmans Quarters. Everything was great except, for the first time there was no couch in the living room. Only 2 chairs which wasn't great for visiting friends. Hopefully, my next visit planned for July 2036 this will change.
