Staying in the loft absolutely exceeded our expectations!!! Everything was squeaky clean, every room is spacious as well as the bathrooms! And the location can’t be beat!!! We definitely plan to come back!

We loved this condo! It was really nice and comfortable for all 16 of us and in the perfect location for anyone who wants to visit the businesses along the GOTL strip! We were there in December of 2025 and they even had the condo decorated with a tree and Christmas decor! We loved the little touches! Would definitely stay here again.

Host was responsive when we had questions and asked for extra chairs and a table. There were also some burned out bulbs which when we asked, were changed out promptly.

This is the second time my friends & I have stayed here. Perfect location. Super clean. Had everything we could have needed. Loved the Christmas tree and the little stockings on everyone’s bedroom doors. The living room is also a nice size, made it easy and comfortable for us to hall hang out and talk without feeling cramped. Once again, thank you so much for a wonderful girls getaway!

This property is perfect for a large group. It is stocked with everything you would need and located close to everything at GOTL! Lots of parking too!

A celebration for a 50th wedding anniversary with family was held in this rental. It was set up perfectly with everyone having privacy in their own bedroom (away from the main area) and enjoying each other’s company in the open, spacious kitchen, dining and living room combo. With such an age range (2-72) it couldn’t have been set up better. The deck was perfect for an evening of relaxation. Centrally located, I would book this place again. Just a word of caution to those thinking of renting this place. It is right next door to a night club with live music. For us the music was a plus!

Great place

We had a great time-plenty of room with 9 bedrooms and although there is a small table and a large island, there were plenty of chairs and we had a good time preparing food and eating together and playing games! It is on the 2nd floor with outdoor step access, so older or disabled people may have difficulties, but this was the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. It is pet-friendly, although our pets didn’t get to come this year. Good location on the strip, but many of the local shops with limited hrs this late in the season. Thanks, Matt-it was super!!

We always have an amazing time staying above Pucker Up. Matt is awesome to talk with and is very responsive and accommodating to any needs. The apartment itself is always very clean and bright! Thank you for our stay, we will see you again next year!!!

Hidden gem - fantastic property that will accommodate large groups.

This house is awesome and just as described! The host was very accommodating and allowed us in early to decorate for our bride to be. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone else to book too!

We experienced a very serious issue during our stay. Around 4 a.m., a fire broke out on the lower level, reportedly caused by a dryer being used by the property management. The only smoke alarm in our unit didn’t go off until the upstairs was already smoky, and we heard nothing from the first floor. We evacuated immediately and called the fire department. One member of our group was taken by ambulance and treated at the hospital.Due to the unsafe conditions and lack of communication or support, we left the property after just 12 hours. No alternate accommodations were offered. We also lost personal items to smoke damage and are now dealing with medical expenses related to the incident.What was most upsetting wasn’t just the fire - it was the complete lack of empathy from the owner or management. No one asked how we were doing or if everyone was okay. The owner seemed more concerned about the damaged dryer than the fact that guests were put at serious risk.The property and location were lovely, but the handling of this emergency was deeply disappointing. I'm sharing this in hopes that safety measures are improved and that future guests are treated with more care and concern.

We had a wonderful weekend get a away! It was a family vacation. We roamed around town and went to the beach. The rental was very roomy. We loved the sauna I. The bathroom. The fire pit on the deck was a great place to congregate. The only thing I didn’t realize was that I needed to bring a blow dryer. Otherwise the place had everything we needed.

We had a bachelorette party and this is the perfect house for a group of girls! I would recommend and stay here any time from now on in Geneva!

This property was excellent for a small stay with all my friends. We enjoyed having so much around. It’s a great place to bring everyone and enjoy all GOTL has to offer! Bonus…we could see the lake from our window!

The rental was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, and the nine bedrooms & 3 baths were a bonus for a family gathering! The owner, Matt, is excellent at replying to emails! We will definitely stay there again!

We stayed over the weekend for our Nationals dance competition. Great place, great location and very nice home. Communication was great with owner. Hope to come again.

Stay Gotl/Eagle Cliff properties are always great. I have stayed in several of the units over the years. Matt and his staff always the places clean and well-maintained.

We had a great time! We had 8 adults and 6 kiddos and we had plenty of room! We had plenty of everything we needed. There is a regular drip coffee pot and one for k-cups. Many of the shops and restaurants in GOTL are closed in the winter. We would love to see how the city transforms in the summer!

My girlfriends and I have been going to GOTL for years, we love it. This is the second year we did a Christmas Crawl. There were 9 woman, and the fact that each of us had our own rooms, queen size beds with a tv, was amazing! There is also 3 bathrooms which is a bonus! Perfect location! Perfect size!

Lots of bedrooms for all our family members! Open and spacious kitchen, living room, and dining room for our early Thanksgiving dinner.

I’ve stayed in this property before for a bachelor party, so I booked it for another one. The property is perfectly placed on the strip with easy access to any type of bar, restaurant, or shop you could think of. It also is a short walk to the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. I would like to add that the fans in the living room did not work, nor did it looked like they had been cleaned/dusted in a long time. Also, the fans in the bedrooms seemed to be sporadic on whether they worked or not. All in all, it was a pleasurable stay.

We just came back from our weekend stay. Loved it - there were 11 of us. If you are a frequent VBRO-er, you know that owners sometimes use old pictures, camera tricks or exaggerate on their listing. I go into every unit expecting to be slightly underwhelmed. Since I set my expectations, I am rarely disappointed. Kudos to the management of this unit because it exceeded our expectations. 1) the unit was VERY clean. It had enough seating, towels and open space to be comfortable. 2) the owner communicated very well. There were no exaggerations or misleading info provided. 3) The only complaint is that the bar next door plays loud music starting at 5 pm. It stopped at 1 am but it is very loud. However, we had read the reviews and knew to expect that. The location cannot be beat. We listened to the live music on Saturday night from the second story deck. It was like having box seats. The adult “kids” were able to walk to the bars and restaurants and not have to worry about driving. And no searching for parking.

Fantastic property - clean - great location - this is our 5th year in a row and we plan to continue this tradition as long as we can.

Perfect stay for a larger group. Short walks to every bar and grill on the strip. Super clean and enough linens for everyone. Would highly recommend!
