Stayed May 31, 2025We have family in Palm Harbor so we visit a few times a year. This was our second time staying at this property and it was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet neighborhood close to beaches and anywhere else you want to go. We loved having our coffee on the patio every morning.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025This is our second time staying at this rental home and its exactly as we remember from 2023. The house is the perfect size for us, not too large nor too small with a great size pool. It's a quiet residential road with all amenities close by. The beach is a short drive as is grocery stores, shopping & restaurants. The home is very comfortable although some updating would prove beneficial but definitely excellent value for money. The owners are super quick at repsponding to anything and our thanks go out to Scott & Melissa for another great stay!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Scott & Melissa are excellent property managers. Everything we need to be a home away from home is provided. Everything works as it is supposed to. The kitchen is more than adequate. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and functional. There is large TV in the main room and smaller TV's in the main and first bedroom. WIFI is easy to link and is very fast and reliable. Outside is simply wonderful. A covered patio with table and chairs leads to the heated salt water in-ground pool and lounge chairs. The backyard is secured with a very nice privacy fence. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches. This home is truly a gem.

Stayed Sep 22, 2024Just returned from 10-days here and it was wonderful. Comfortable beds, fully stocked, and very quiet neighborhood! Easy access to stores and to the beach. We were there during Hurricane Helene and the owners were great to have things cleaned up that were damaged and texted to check on us! Highly recommend!

Stayed May 11, 2024This was the first time my husband and I rented a house for a family visit.Normally we have rented a condo on Indian Rocks Beach and we were looking for something more quiet and private. This home was everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space and the heated pool was perfect. The owners were very responsive and the house was stocked with beach chairs pool toys and plenty of towels. We are looking forward to returning to this rental again.
