Great quiet and comfortable, South Central Lakeland location.

I did not use the pool, but the place was clean and quiet. Perfectly as advertised

It was a little confusing as to which door to use to get in. There were 3 diffrrent doors. Although the owner had good directions. Very clean and good amenities.

The property is awesome, great location and very quiet. Will stay there again.

This was the perfect location for sleeping after a busy day in Central Florida. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The air-condition was perfect. We wanted to swim, but we didn't get a chance- though the pool was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was wonderful. The location is very close to Florida Southern, Southeaster University, and downtown Lakeland and just a hop and a skip over to Orlando or towards the beach!

The room is excellent, quiet very clean comfortable in a nice neighborhood. Definitely I will stay again when possible!

Had unique smell that set off allergies immediately. Perhaps something to mask other smells. A mix of newer and dated in bath and furnishings. Shower has mold on ceiling and sides/floor. Overall cleanliness was poor. Guess you get what you pay for.

We returned from a seven night cruise and needed a quiet and comfortable space to visit with family before returning home. This reservation exceeded our expectations and we had the best sleep. The hosts were friendly, the location perfect, and the room was exceptional. From the comfortable bed to the soft towels, we had all that we needed. I appreciated having the space to walk around the room and the coffee was a thoughtful touch. We didn’t use the pool but will in the future. We took a 20 minute walk to breakfast and picked up some groceries for the in-room fridge. The price was so much better than any hotel room we could’ve booked and we felt more at home. Thank you!

Everything about this property was exactly as listed! There was a momentary problem with the digital lock on the property entrance when we arrived - but one call had the problem corrected in less than 2 minutes. Easy access in & out. And - the bonus for us was the centrality of the location for everything we needed to accomplish.

Everything was exactly as advertised and was perfectly located in Lakeland for access to downtown and hopping on the toll road. And the pool! I wish I had time to spend every minute there. I'll rent again if I have business in Lakeland or near by. Definitely beats the hotel options I researched!

This is my second stay at this property so that should tell you something. Although it is attached to a home (nice and quiet residential area) the property is private and quiet. Pros are as follows:• The communication is always excellent.• Tiled floor throughout (no permanent carpet). So it always feels clean.• Nice mini fridge with an actual small freezer with it's own door -- bigger than the min refrigerators at a hotel. Big enough for your leftovers or food / freezer packs.• Thoughtfully equipped (towels -- even though I bring my own, extra pillows, sheets, etc.)• Comfortable bed• Cold and remote controlled wall AC unit• Convenient location and you can always park right next to your front door (your own concrete padded parking spot)• Fairly priced... I hope it can stay that way because I plan more visits to Lakeland :-)WISH LIST (not complaints, just constructive feedback)• Although the bathroom is modest and clean, I wish they could install a handheld shower attachment... There's even a splitter for it already.• Add inexpensive or disposable silverware -- spoons, forks and butter knives. They are thoughtful enough to add many other accessories like disposable cups, free coffee for the coffee machine, sugars, etc.• Replace the TV with a ROKU smart TV so that guests could sign on to their own streaming services. Right now there is a functional older set that is not smart -- a 36 to 42 Roku smart TV can easily fit and will not cost much these days.

Great little area, close to some local things to do. Felt like a little hotel room, with private access. Didn’t use the pool, but when I come to visit family again, I’d definitely stay. A little weird finding the front door, but if you read the instructions properly you’ll be just fine!

My wife and I have used this property several times and will continue to do so if it's available. Quiet, conveniently located, clean and reasonably priced. We recommend it.

The room was immaculate. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on away from home. The owners are friendly and welcoming.

I have stayed here twice. Always my first choice from now on. Great neighborhood and just minutes from the park that surrounds Lake Hollingsworth which provides great views and a walking path. Private entrance and can park right outside the door for simple access. 5 star All the way.

The suite was clean, comfortable, quiet and very private, located in a nice neighborhood. Parking right by the private entrance. Microwave, mini fridge/freezer and table were great for having breakfast and some of our other meals in the suite. Super easy check-in and check-out. Unobtrusive host with good communication. We had no issues whatsoever. Incredibly reasonable price. Location was great for exploring Lakeland area. Highly recommend.

This room is in a very nice neighborhood in the southeast part of Lakeland, Florida. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. Another plus is the quiet. It is very peaceful. The owner is super nice and responds immediately to any request. We will be returning.

3 day stay. We stay here if there is a vacancy. Once or twice a year. Place is clean and safe.

The room was clean but outdated, the pool was beautiful and enjoyable. Worked great for the short weekend trip! However, next time I will book a private home that is not hosted as I prefer my privacy 😊 Overall great for the price!

This was my second time staying here. Very close to the FSC campus. Just needed for one night and the price is perfect. I can’t say anything bad about this spot except it could use a light throw blanket for the couch.
