Very happy with the location itself and the home was very clean and beautiful. The porches were lovely and each bedroom had its own bath which was nice. The only cons to the property was a lack of privacy being right next to the walking path (Don't walk to the coffee maker in your skivvies), and the dryer doesn't have an effective lint trap so you end up with lint everywhere, and one of the upstairs rooms has little air flow. Other than that, this was an amazing stay!

The living area/kitchen is open and airy and easy for everyone to hang out in. Air conditioner worked great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Newly remodeled bathrooms were very nice. Very short walk to town square and restaurants or beaches. Even on a hot day, the walk was short and easy. Check in/out was seamless as management company was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We are previous visitors to the community...we hosted family/friends for a week and were disappointed that the beach was not cleaner/groomed as in previous stays. The cottage while in a convenient location ( and we are repeat visitors) was not in the condition we had hoped. Showing age, not well kept up, housekeeping marginal ( dirty floors etc.). Furniture covers were filthy according to my wife. We felt badly as our guests were first time visitors - bottom line - not good value for the $$$$ - certainly not in June.

The property was large and clean other than the couches could use a good cleaning. I would highly suggest beach towels be provided. We flew in and while the management company gave us two towels in a gift basket we had 6 people so not nearly enough and who wants to buy towels when away for 4 days? A small cooler and beach chairs would sure be nice too. It cost over $600 to rent 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas for 3 days.

We have been coming to Seaside for 30 years and this is one of our favorite houses that we have rented. The house was spacious, and accomodating for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were large and each had a TV and the porch was the perfect event hangout for the kids! We loved it!

There was no written material on restaurants in the area... no info on anything, and management was not helpful at all. There were no air vents in upstairs bedrooms, and complicated fans instead. For the money charged it is all inexcusable.

Our family spent Memorial Day weekend in Seaside at the Saratoga house. We could not have been happier and definitely had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect…a short walk to the West Ruskin Pavilion for beach access and to Seaside Town Center. We enjoyed days on the beach with beautiful weather and all that 30A has to offer. Some of our favorites were early morning bike rides, breakfast at Black Bear Bread Co, Modica Market, shopping, dinner on the rooftop at Bud and Alleys, FOOW, Blue Mountain Creamery, and the Seaside food trucks. We loved spending time on Saratoga’s large front porches and relaxing inside with its gorgeous decor. Another perfect 30A getaway for our family…we highly recommend Saratoga for your next Seaside beach vacation!
