Stayed Feb 19, 2022We had a great week skiing at Deer Valley while staying at this beautiful townhome. The space was perfect for our family of four and the kitchen probably the best of any rental home (and we have a stayed at many). The Park City bus stops right at the corner and is a quick ride to and from Snow Park Lodge. The owner was very responsive to our questions and super helpful. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Stayed Feb 14, 2018Sits midway between Deer Valley and Park City mountains with easy shuttle access in both direction (or a 5-minute car drive). Good layout with game room downstairs and kids bunk room upstairs, please two “grown-up” rooms with en suite bathrooms. This worked very well for our group of two families with five kids - highly recommended.

Stayed Mar 11, 2017We just had a great week at the Stonebridge house. We had 8 people in our party, 4 kids and 4 adults, and the house was great for that size. The kids loved the bunk room and basement. Having the boot drier was really handy. And you can't beat the location - 3 minutes from Deer Valley and 6 from Park City ski areas. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sleds. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 11, 2017Good property value for the location. Owners working through upgrades to AV system but every thing else works well. Black Diamond Property Management was a joy to interact with. Bunk bedroom upstairs awesome for kids - and the downstairs bedroom a retreat for the teen on the trip. Would sleep up to 12 but the bathrooms would strain at more than 8. Hot tub better than 90% of all ski rental tubs I have seen. Incredibly convenient to the Snow Park Lodge. Right across the street from the ever popular Deer Valley Grocery Cafe.

Stayed Dec 25, 2016We had 3 families staying together. Plenty of room for adults and activities for kids. Loved the hot tub and pool table. They even sled in the backyard. Great location so those that didn't ski could walk to downtown (less than .5 mile to Deer Valley main lodge and Main Street) A few even ski'd back from Deer Valley. Went tubing, ice castles, skating, snowmobiling, and outlets all within 15 min drive. Fireworks at Canyons on New Year's Eve early for kids. Kitchen had nice large pots and pans for cooking for big families. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. If you are going during peak season get lift tickets in advance or at 3pm day prior at lodge. They will sell out by the morning.

Stayed Jul 26, 2016We stayed at this property for 6 days from July 26-31, 2016. Our family included 7 adults and 2 babies. The 3-level condo is spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood and having 3 bathrooms was nice. The kitchen was nice with several spices and condiments for our use. The property is close to the resort where we did the slide and rode a coaster on the side of a mountain. We browsed on Main St and found some very good eating places. My sons went mountain biking and also drove to the lake for paddle boarding and dipped our toes in the cool water; the lake was muddy so very few people were swimming. The bedroom on the first floor (street level) did not have a bathroom so my son and his wife had to come up to the second floor to use the bathroom. The living room had enough space for 4-5 adults so the rest of us had to pull up some of the dining room chairs to watch a movie on TV. The temperature was hot during our stay and the thermostat froze and broke several times while we were there making the nights unbearably hot - the property manager tried to fix it but the thermostat never worked right. The gas tank was empty when we tried to grill so the property manager brought us a new tank. Overall, our family from 3 different states enjoyed spending time together, but would have enjoyed our vacation more if the air conditioning worked and we were able to sleep comfortably at night! - J&M from OH

Stayed Feb 14, 2016My son counted the steps to the bus stop. A total of 53. The bus takes you to the Deer Valley Lift (and all the other ski lifts and attractions). We skied Deer Valley exclusively because my grandchildren are novice skiers. The unit had plenty of room and was nicely appointed. The heated garage was especially welcome on the colder days. We ate most of our meals in. there was plenty of cookware and utensils. The kids enjoyed playing pool and the hot tub. I would definitely go back. We left to plastic sleds in the garage for your enjoyment. The ice arena is a great place to go sledding. The bus driver will drop you on his way to Kimball Junction if you ask him. The dual master suites were ideal for my son and his wife. Of course, Linda and I took the master bedroom on the main floor. The rental agent was very helpful and thorough. He even came by to move the garbage cans to the outside on pickup day.
