Great location & value! Large, beautiful home, private pool, tub

Charley was amazing the stay, house and area were All great I couldnt better recommend a place with a pool and jacuzzi… everything well stocked instructions you name it and it was there fully stocked with everything except for the food you wanna cook… will stay there again!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home in a quiet older Tempe neighborhood for most of the month of March. The central location was perfect for all the exploring and repeat events we scheduled.Charley was a wonderful exceptional host and was quick to reply to answer the few questions we had.The home was spotless and kitchen was equipped with everything needed.The inground pool was a plus with the extra heat we had during our stay along with the air conditioning.We hope to return to this little piece of paradise.

This is a great place to stay. Great location, nice and clean home. Well stocked with all needed supplies. Host was amazing with communication and assisting with all questions.

As advertised - Clean, comfortable, great location, well-supplied and everything works! Felt like home. Great 2 master suite layout w/comfortable beds. Hot tub and pool are well-maintained and outdoor space feels very private w/golf course having closed down. Charlie is an excellent host and great communicator. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We traveled to Tempe on short notice. Charlie was more then accommodating. Very easy to get ahold of and friendly as well as helpful. The home was no less then amazing. Very user friendly with little notes to help let us know how amenities worked. The pictures were accurate. The home was welcoming and very clean. This allowed us to feel relaxed and at home. Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My husband and i enjoyed the fantastic view of a gulf course while sipping our morning coffee. I cant say enough about how wonderful this stay was. We will definitely rent from Charlie at this location again, if we travel back to this area. Highly recommend!!

Driving through the neighborhood gave me the first impressions - it was clean and the streets were spacious. Once we were in the house, I realized we got a great deal - this place is so spacious that it can't be beat by anything else at this price. Charles was SUPER nice and communicative and we enjoyed our entire stay - NO COMPLAINTS!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The homeowners were easy to work with, and communication was clear and responsive throughout our stay. The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family as we moved our ASU Sun Devil into her dorm. Our older teen kids especially loved having a pool to relax in. The location was ideal, close to campus and other areas of interest. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

The home was clean and air condition was on when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Host was kind and very responsive when wifi needed to be reset. We would absolutely book a return stay. Loved that there was birdseed to attract the parrots!

What a great place! It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious with comfortable beds. Pool area and surrounding yard is lovely. Centrally located in the greater Phoenix area and close to the airport. The owner, Charley, was great to work with and very responsive. Can’t go wrong with this place!

We had a lovely stay for one week at this peaceful location. There are beautiful plants, fruit trees and flowers in the yard. The yard was very quiet except for the many different types of birds that visited. The pool and hot tub were a bonus! This was a convenient location to visit Mesa and Scottsdale. We enjoyed the ghost town near Apache Junction and the boat tour on the Desert Belle. The Museum of the West and Desert Botanical garden were both well worth a visit. Very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. We would definitely return to this home!

The property was well equipped and and spacious. Our contact was easily reached for any questions and responded promptly. Access to local highways made it easy to get around to all we wanted to do. We had a great stay at the house and would happily return.

Everything was perfect. From early communication to the last day. House had everything you would want. While pool was cool, that did not stop me from enjoying, plus the hot tubs was an added treat. We so enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is full of character, charm and love. It felt like a home away from home. The backyard was lovely; the connection with nature was so luscious it was palpable. The owner/manager was very personable, communicative and responded quickly. Also, garage access was granted which provided ease for entry. That was nice, as garage access is not always granted with rentals. It was much appreciated. Location was perfect! Easy access to freeways. Everything about this property and stay was wonderful!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet, golf course neighborhood. Quiet yet convenient to highway, local shops and restaurants. The place was very open and exactly as pictured. The owners were available for our questions and answered promptly. We had such a nice relaxing time away from the daily work grind! We loved the pool and used it daily. We didn't use the hot tub but that's only because we stayed during the hottest time of the year! We will definitely stay here again!
