Stayed Jun 28, 2025Great location and property for the price. Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. Plenty of beds to accommodate large groups however only two full bathrooms so good to keep in mind. There was a great outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach however not enclosed so unable to use as an extra shower. Great backyard for yard games. Parking is on street and can be difficult to find spots depending on time of day and week. Fabulous back deck for bbq and eating and a front porch with views of promenade beach and sunset. Important to note- A Lovely “summer long”tenant lives in adjoining home, but she smokes on her decks prohibiting us to be out there during those times.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025We really enjoyed our stay for the week and took full advantage of the excellent space this booking provides. The living room is optimally set up for all sorts of communal activity - for playing games, catching the ball game, or just good banter. Given the lovely breeze coming off the ocean, and the comfy rockers, there always seemed to be smaller groups gathering on the front porch or back deck for relaxing socializing. Plenty of comfy beds, the individual air conditioning split units kept everyone reliably comfortable. The owner was incredibly responsive to the minor questions we had. The proximity to the beach was just flat out awesome & ideal. We definitely look forward to staying again.

Stayed May 26, 2025We had such a great time. Space was perfect for our crew and so clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Loved sitting on back and front porches and large dining table and couch accommodated us all. Crew brought corn hole and enjoyed playing in the back yard. Steps from the beach and promenade and short walk to great coffee, restaurants and other attractions. Beach was lovely. Would highly recommend. This house has a lot of history but is newly updated and still has its charm.
