Great Location Near Downtown & Airport

it was fine, but VERY strong odor of weed.

The property was as advertised. Great communication! Convenient location to downtown, airport, riverwalk. Walking distance to Ricks on River. Very Clean. Had the basics of what we needed for the weekend. Beds were not very comfortable. Street was noisy at times.

Wilson communicated as soon as I booked. He was a wonderful host and provides a very nice accommodation close to downtown Tampa. My wife and I attended a wedding in the Riverwalk Sheraton and the house was just two turns to return after an evening of dancing. Highly recommend for anyone attending activities in the Tampa area.

Property was clean and had more space than a hotel would have had. Location was perfectly central to most places I frequented.

Good place especially for price. Not perfect but at that price point you should not expect perfection Would stay again if I was in Tampa. Location is great.

The location was great for the Tampa Buc game. Easy ride to & from the stadium. Didn't really use all the amenities as we were only there overnight. Everything looked great. Beds were comfy. A bit noisey with traffic on the east wall of the house esp since we forgot our fans to drown out those noises. Ceiling fans would be beneficial. House was clean & festively decorated. Would recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable stay. It was great that we could bring our dogs. Fenced in yard was a plus. Nice central location. Great communication with owner.

The house itself was nice. The yard should’ve been cut prior to our arrival but wasn’t done at all. Chose this place because I had two small puppies but somehow it wasn’t recognized until after and ended up paying more money for pets(Big Surprise) Was glad I had the funds available since I was there to bury my Mother and had limited funds.

Great spot while in town for convention. Easy in and out of downtown able to stay away from the ruckus.Quick to convention center

Made a quick stop in Tampa to catch a Rays game. This listing was convenient and affordable. Its perfect for someone on a budget and doesn't need a lot of amenities. This property was clean.However, it's older and doesn't feel nice and new. This didn't bother me and my guest, but you should know this.

Very clean beds comfortable easy to get a hold of rental person just wish we could have sat outside sometimes with such beautiful weather.but was convenient to get to airport and Yankee games

Host let us check in a little early, which was helpful since we were all coming in from different locations. Close to Port of Tampa which is what we needed. Beds were terrible but everything was clean. Television was difficult to understand if you dont have a streaming service. Had to contact the host to assist. Quick response so I appreciated that.

Stayed here with friends for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. It was a great location with just a short uber ride to the stadium.

Only spent the weekend. Beds were comfortable.
