Stayed Nov 26, 2025We spent Thanksgiving here with our fanily and it was absolutely perfect! The game room in the basememt was perfect for some friendly competitive games. The fenced in backyard came in handy for our dog and toddler! The kitchen was spacious and perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. All in all we had a wonderful stay woth lots of memories! Would def stay again and highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 16, 2025We were in town for UK Family Weekend and Keeneland. This is a great location! The fenced backyard was perfect for our small dog. The back patio had ample space to hang out. The kitchen is big and open so everyone can be together hanging out while cooking or eating. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You could tell they had smokers stay there but it wasn’t overwhelming. Just would have preferred no smoking. The bathroom was very small so only one person at a time could use it but they had great water pressure in the shower!

Stayed Mar 20, 2025This was a great place to stay. Super cute. Close to everything. We stayed here for the NCAA tournament games in Lexington. Only two minor comments. Fridge was not wiped out good and the light in the room with the bunk beds wasn’t working. Owner was very nice and easy to work with.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024We rented the house for Thanksgiving, it was a good middle location for us and our adult children. The house was clean and well stocked. The yard was perfect for the dogs and the kitchen was perfect for a thanksgiving dinner. Overall, a great place to stay.
