This was the perfect getaway for myself, my spouse and our little dog. Such a peaceful cove and the house was so cozy. We can’t wait to come back again. Owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for some peace and tranquility.

This will be a new family tradition. What a wonderful property and host. Beautiful location, fair price, and the home was perfect. I highly recommend this home and host.

Had a great stay! Everything was as expected

This home worked really well for us. We had plenty of room for our family of 7, and the amenities really fit our needs. The location of the house, both on the water for swimming and kayaking, and its proximity to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining, was very convenient.

Had a small bachelor party and can’t find a thing to complain about. Eric and Sara were easy to get ahold of and super helpful. Will definitely come back.

We had a great time hanging out on your dock and playing in the lake. Your neighbor had his grandkids over so our grandkids and theirs we able to play together. This was very nice. The house was perfect for our needs.

The house was located on a nice quiet cove. It was a relaxing little get away from the hustle and bustle of the holliday season. We had one little hiccup with the TV/cable and our host was quick to respond and remedied the problem immediately. We really enjoyed our time hereour t

Parking with boat and truck and rent car kind of tricky but worked.

This place was not cleaned very well. After our stay, they charged us for a comforter stain that was there when we arrived. Both my husband and I noticed and said we should have taken a picture, but neither of us did. When we first arrived, there was not a square of toilet paper in the house. I know to always take stock as I may need to purchase more for our week visit, but was shocked when there wasn’t even a partial roll. I didn’t contact the owner as I was going to the store anyway. The first night, I went to do dishes and the dish washer was disgusting. I did several vinegar washes, still not great but better. The kitchen drain was backing up, there is dripping water in the lower bathroom. The place just needs a lot of TLC and seems to have been neglected. The location is great!! The dock was amazing. Honestly, I was going to let the cleanliness go until they charged for the comforter that was stained before we got there.

We had a good time - the place was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught several good-sized catfish. The kayaks were cool, and they had a lily pad but we had brought our own big raft so we didn't use that. Life jackets are provided which was nice. Used the grill and the fire pit a couple of times. Be prepared for the driveway and the stairs to the dock lol. Overall very nice and we would stay again.

We had a great time. The dock was fun and we enjoyed the kayaks. Plenty of refrig space and great grill. Great place for a family vacation weekend.

Overall great location and the house fulfilled our needs for the weekend. It has your basic necessities, like hand soap, dish soap, and towels, but they don’t offer shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We brought our own shampoo & conditioner but assumed they had provided basic bath soaps like most rental properties do. The house was also very dusty and not very clean. Food debris left in the sink and the cooler they offer had standing water in it and mold growing so it smelt really bad. Again, great location and on the water, but we spent a lot of time at the house and wished it would’ve been kept up a bit better.

Must be able to handle stairs! Lots to get to the water. The private dock was perfect for the kids in our group to swim and splash. Even on a hot, sunny Father's Day weekend, there was very little boat or even human traffic. Meanwhile, the adults could sit in the shaded Adirondack chairs and stay dry. We didn't bring a boat, but this place had the perfect setup for kayaks and SUPs. This isn't the newest, nicest house on the cove, but it has 3 queen bedrooms with access to both sides of all the beds. TVs in all bedrooms, but we couldn't find the remote for one. The layout has the living room sofa secluded on the lower level from the bedrooms. This made for a semi-private bed for one. The kitchen seemed well equipped. However we would have liked a crock pot. The worst part IMO was the steep driveway and steps. But I think those challenges come with the hilly terrain. Thank you! Would stay again.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much! My granddaughter wanted to stay forever she told us!
