Stayed Jun 1, 2022We had a great stay at this terrific beach house, and loved Sunnyside and Rosemary Beach! We highly recommend this house, this host and this town! The house is so very close to the beach access and the beach was pristine! The house was extremely clean, and importantly, it has a great living room for gathering with family, and separation between the bedrooms for your alone time! The pool is shared with only four houses total, including this one so we often had it to ourselves! And it's right off your back porch so you choose: 5 steps to the pool or a super short walk to the beach! The host Julia is terrific too! When we had a moderate problem, she engaged immediately to resolve it and was 100% focused on making our vacation unforgettable! We already want to come back and this house is our first choice again when we do!

Stayed Mar 11, 2022This house was perfect. Beautiful and updated on the inside with plenty of space to accommodate 10 people. Located right across the street from beach access; maybe a 2 minute walk! Host was great throughout this whole process. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be rebooking again soon.
