Stayed Apr 5, 2025Great location. We have stayed in this small complex numerous times and would recommend. The house is lovely and new downstairs, upstairs requires some TLC.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Pros - Great location for beach, town, shops etc. - Quiet area given the central location - Property positioned right by the pool with a gated terrace - Great size property with modern decor Cons In isolation the following cons aren’t a dealbreaker but given the cost of this property we expected more: - Gate lock to access the property and communal area is broken, meaning you have to put your hand through the gate and turn the key from the opposite side. Fiddly, but not too much of an issue once we realised. We flagged this with Kristian but he said he was already aware. It would have been helpful if he had informed us, arriving with two tired kids and unable to get in for quite some time was stressful - We booked a 2 week stay and no towel or sheet change was scheduled. Only one towel per person was provided for a 2 week stay. We did inform Kristian and he arranged a change. - Requested a cot but no cot sheets/bedding were provided - Webber BBQ on listing is not available - There is an expectation to clean the property before departure; including stripping beds, cleaning floors and bathrooms etc -No sun beds or shaded areas provided around the pool. The lack of shade does make it difficult to stay out in summer months, particularly with children. Generally, this property is in a great location but we felt the overall standard was below expectations given the price; there was a dirty tissue propping up the outside table, no lights working in one of the bedrooms etc.

Stayed May 13, 2023Overall impression of the property was great, there was lots of space and the travel cot and high chair provided were perfect. The only thing missing from the listing was the BBQ and some parts of the house were a little tired but this didn't affect our stay. The pool area was lovely and quiet. We have visited Nerja several times but haven't stayed this side of town before and we all felt the location was brilliant.

Stayed Oct 15, 2022We were a party of 7 and the house was well setup to accommodate all of us. The location of the house is great, the gardens/pool and the roof terrace in particular were very enjoyable. However there were a few minor things that could be improved upon, namely... (1)There were a few maintenance things that we notified the property agent (MenyBer) and the owner about, but neither of these were rectified during our stay. (2) There were no chairs/loungers for use round the pool, perhaps that's to be expected in shared grounds? (3) The bed sheets were showing their age and could do with being replaced. Otherwsie it was an enjoyable stay and we would consider returning.

Stayed Aug 27, 2022Short summary: It was a great stay at nerja. The house was perfect (location, cleanliness,..). Highlight is the pool and the short way to the beach. The owner and the agency are very nice and professionell working. It was a pleasure. We were here with a family (3 kids, 2 adults). Really great.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished which gives it a homely feeling. The roof terrace is magnificent and in addition there is a balcony and a ground level terrace facing the pool area. The location is right in the middle of the city center but still quiet and secluded around the pool and garden area. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. You do not need a car but there is a good rental agency around the corner if you want to explore the surroundings. We spent three weeks here in November and for parts of our stay the weather was a bit chilly but the apartment had good heating so we were quite comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and can truly recommend this apartment!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A very nice place in a great location central to the beach (10 mins walk) and also to the Nerja Square (10 Mins walk). The property was in superb condition and was very clean and tidy. I will probably book this again for next year thats how much we liked it.

Stayed Feb 24, 2018The property is clean and well-furnished in an excellent location in Nerja. Easy walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, and other shops. Great bakery (although a little pricey) 30 meters away. On-street parking can be a challenge as the area is quite busy but persistence usually pays off. If no convenient street parking available, a public for pay lot is 200 meters away. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The weekly linen service is very efficient. Bathrooms are clean. Water is hot with good pressure. Heating/AC is very efficient and outside airflow with doors open is fantastic. Duvets on beds are down/feathers so those with feather allergy should ask for other materials. Beds are comfortable and of a suitable firmness. Lots of pillows available. Kitchen equipment is in good working condition. Security in the apartment and gated community is excellent. I recommend it highly. The facility is an easy ten-minute walk on level ground to Balcon de Europa.

Stayed Sep 2, 2017This is a really nice property in a good location on a small, quiet complex surrounding a good sized pool. There are many plusses including a great kitchen, all 3 bedrooms are good so no one has to compromise, good outdoor space with roof and ground level terraces, good air con. Only slight negative is the bathrooms; both need a little cosmetic TLC and the drains need to be sorted so that the water from the showers drains properly. The en suite is also very small but still usable. My only real issues are more about logistics. The first is keys. You have to collect them from somewhere the other side of town and not that easy to find or park, and if you are going to arrive after 2pm you have to phone them and then collect them somewhere different. It's a real pain. Also you have to return them when you leave so you have to allow extra time, and if you have an early flight the office isn't open so you have to risk putting them through the door. This may all sound picky but I've stayed in a lot of properties in Nerja before and always been either sent keys in advance, met at the property or able to collect keys somewhere close by at any time of day. I've never had to take keys back to somewhere nowhere near the property before. More than 1 set of terrace keys would also be handy as this is the easiest way in and out. The second issue is the check in time. I can't see anywhere in the app what the formal check in time is, but we arrived at 4pm and the cleaners had only just started. They were very friendly but spoke no English. Fortunately we speak a small amount of Spanish and determined that they were suggesting they would be 1-2 hours and we should go out for coffee. They had only cleaned the top floor so we had to lug all our bags right up there. When we returned 1.5 hours later they were still not finished. Bearing in mind many flights into Malaga are mornings I think this is rather late to be having the property ready to occupy and if it's normal it should be made clear in the booking info. I feel these issues should be resolvable without too much effort and if they were, or it doesn't bother you, I would definitely recommend the property and complex itself.
