Our House is your Home away from Home. It is newly remodeled and updated for a cozy stay! If you are here to vacation or to work We hope our Home gives you everything you need. Enjoy keyless entry so no need to meet us in person. It is closely located near the heart of Downtown Denver. It is about ten minutes from all major corridors…Interstates 70, 25 and 76 also US 36 (Boulder Turnpike) as well as just a few blocks from the Westminster B-line light rail station. This light Rail will take you in the heart of downtown Denver (Union Station) in 15 minutes. After arriving it is only a 5 min walk to Coors field to catch a Rockies game m! A little further walk will take you to some other cool areas Denver has to offer…including the Highlands, LoHi or RiNo district. Those areas you can enjoy many Distilleries, Restaurants and Bars. If you want to take in some other sites you can take a day in our beautiful Rocky Mountains, Red Rocks Amphitheater or Golden also a short driving distance. In the other direction you have a quick easy drive to Boulder which has a lot to offer also! The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef`s delight, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave. We have stocked the kitchen with all the utensils and small appliances we could fit. Including a Kurig coffee Pot with a few days of coffee pods on us! Enjoy your stay and keep up with laundry using the washer and dryer provided. There are two Full Bathrooms with a tub and shower in both. For entertainment, We have Free Internet! The living room has a large Roku smart TV (bring your passwords many of your favorite streaming aps) for your viewing pleasure. We also have Roku TVs in all the bedrooms! If Movies and TV are not your thing… there are board games and cards for your enjoyment! The living room also consists of a queen size pull out couch bed to sleep two additional guest! Or if you chose some alone time there are Three bedrooms, One Bedroom has a King size bed, the other two have Queen beds m. Entertainment options Outside too…Relax and Unwind on the Patio with outdoor furniture and Grill perfect for outdoor gatherings. Or Relax in the Hot Tub while enjoying the gas Fire Pit. You can also Challenge your Friends and Family to a friendly game of Corn Hole. Also one more note… we have included this link to our other property only a few blocks away.

There are many places to eat as we are so close to Downtown Denver.

Also we have a Light Rail Station a few blocks away (walking distance) it will take you downtown to Union Station in about 10 to 15 minutes for about $3.00

Great location in the north metro Denver area. Home is in an older up and coming neighborhood with great access to many of Colorado’s favorite destinations. The Westminster light rail station is conveniently four blocks north of the residence. Offering rides to downtown Denver.

We have a driveway and free parking on the street in front of the house.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Absolutely No smoking allowed inside.

Everything was good. Ceiling fans might be good to keep air flow. Kitchen was well stocked, place was clean. Hot tub was good also

The house was perfect, clean and easy to clean which is a must for having 3 kids. It comfortably fit our family of 5. The living room was comfortable and the board games are a nice touch. The hot tub was nice, clean, and relaxing( I have been to Vrbos where the hot tub care was not a priority) it was a nice way to end the day or pass time while our toddler napped. Downtown was nearby wich was great for doing activities during the day. Access to parks was easy and there was a good running trail, Dry Creek Trail was withing walking distance. The front porch was nice to drink coffee on and the backyard was a perfect retreat with the cornhole and fire pit. We loved it all thank you!

I can confidently say that I no longer need to search for a place to stay when I come to Denver. I will be booking here always if it’s available! The cleanliness of the hot tub in an addition to the spacious backyard with a grill, fire pit, and games made for a perfect unwind spot after a long days work or hike. 20/10 and such kind owners.Thank you for hosting us!

It was a nice stay. The kitchen had what we needed, the hot tub was nice and it was very clean. The owners were very helpful. Good for our family with older kids. Would stay again.

Stay at the house was very nice for our group of 4 adults. All the amenities are there to make it feel like home. Some more space to store clothes in the bedrooms would be nice if your trip is long. Location was great, neighborhood is quite. Within 30 minutes of almost everything we wanted to do during our trip to Colorado. Hot tub was great after a long day or hiking and site seeing.

Cozy home in a quiet location. Owners had the house stocked with everyday needs to help make their guests stay comfortable. My kids loved it especially the jacuzzi. They were sad to leave. Wouldn’t mind staying there again.

We loved spending time on the front porch and in the hot tub. It was very warm in Denver and we probably would have spent more time in the back yard if it wasn't for the heat. Early mornings were wonderful in the outdoor space. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so you will need a car to get to places, but the space was worth it. Thank you!

Wonderful location. We walked to the train station to get to the city. Loved the hot tub especially after a day of hiking. Very nicely decorated. Only thing i did not like was all the cameras outside.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was beautiful and clean, with plenty of space for 5 adults. The backyard was our favorite, complete with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Only giving this property 4/5 stars because it was missing some key amenities such as hand soap in one of the bathrooms, a sponge for the kitchen sink, trash bags, and tongs for the grill so we had to buy more than we’ve had to at other properties we’ve stayed at in the past. Would give it 5 stars otherwise!

Great location...close to the city and the mountains! The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, especially since we flew into Denver. The hot tub and the backyard were perfect after a day of sight-seeing. I'd give this property a 5-star rating....as nice as staying in a 5-star hotel!
