Great Home with Southern Charm and Great Space

Jennifer is truly one of the best hosts we've ever had the pleasure of staying with - to say that she sets the standard for hospitality, kindness, and going above and beyond would be an understatement.When we ran into an issue with the AC at this property, she not only notified us about it but offered us another beautiful home to stay in without hesitation. And not only that, but when our moving plans hit a snag, she was incredibly understanding and flexible, allowing us to extend our stay with ease.Both properties we stayed in were wonderful and thoughtfully decorated with so much attention to detail. Their backyards are absolutely lovely and we appreciated the atmosphere of peace and calm both that outdoor setting and the neighborhoods, brought. Both felt like home the moment we walked in, and it’s clear she puts a lot of care into making each space special. She really left a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her or her properties to others. Looking forward to staying again in the near future!

This home was a great space to relax (and get a little work done) while in town for an event.The open common area was delightfully cozy, and the amenities of the house were great. There was a great outdoor area (where we got to watch a couple of bunnies during the week) just off the main area. We felt at home, while spending our time in much the same manner as our home during our stay.The king bed was comfortable, and the furniture allowed us to relax while watching TV in the main area. While we didn't really cook much (we enjoyed all the great food that the area has to offer!), the house was stock with cookware, dishes, and utensils - which came in handy for lunches at home.The location was the best - down the street from so many conveniences, yet so quiet in the neighborhood. Anything you could want or need was just a few minutes away from the house. We would definitely choose this house for any other events in the area again.

With a few more amenities in place this home would be great. Quicker response times would have been appreciated especially when we realized one of the bathrooms didn’t have a shower curtain. We waited several days for that to arrive. A toaster was requested and brought over a couple days in. Towels that were not dingy and a bath mat in the guest bathroom would have been nice. We also noticed there were no mattress pads or top sheets on any of the beds. All little things that could easily be remedied. After we cleaned up spiders and cobwebs in the showers and corners it was pretty nice and we made do during our 10 night stay.
