Great Home Style Apartment

The accommodations were clean and well equipped. The price definitely caught my attention. The main drawback for me was the location being on a very busy street. There were stores, coffee and restaurants within walking distance but the walk was not pleasant. In my opinion it is better suited for short stays vs long.

Very quiet and cozy room. Easy to find and had great parking. We were in town for niece's wedding and found it to be restful and close to all the places we needed to be.

The unit was clean with convenient shopping nearby. This was my first Vrbo experience and I didn't realize there wasn't a T V, nor did I realize that it is a basement unit until it was too late. Also, no washer &/or dryer. Mostly my fault for not knowing exactly what to look for and how to look for it.

The apartment is super convenient, clean, and quiet. The back parking area is especially nice. I will definitely stay again when I visit my kids if available. Bob is a great host.

Bob is a wonderful host. He even loaned us a screwdriver when we needed it. Nice, very clean studio unit. Quiet with a secluded entrance and privacy.

The location was ideal for our needs, accessing all of our destinations within 15 minutes. The downstairs unit was easy to access, private and quiet. The small kitchen with refrigerator and gas range made it easy to prepare simple meals and the Albertsons just a block away was quite convenient.

This place fit my needs perfectly. I needed a clean place to sleep at night. I needed it to be reasonably priced and I didn't have television or a couch. The owner was great and very accommodating. There is a small kitchen that is completely functional if you need to cook.

Quaint apartment for two people to stay. Manager is very helpful and responsive. Could have a couple of more pans to cook in, but overall a great spot in Meridian close to lots of different franchises.

I was very imprssed with the property

The communication, check in and check out was great. The bed was very comfortable. Just know that you are in the basement of a recording studio. We didn't know that because the photos are of the front of the building and the description was apartment. Regardless, we thought it would be cool anyway. The basement had 1 window, so it is dark unless you have lights on. There is no TV, but that was as described. The furniture is dated and the fixtures are low budget. The air is a little stale and the cleanliness was good enough, but not sparkling. The shower has low pressure. There were nice clean towels and it was thoughtful to put snacks, coffee and bottled water for the guests. On the last night, there was a car running right outside our door at 2:30 am and someone walking around upstairs, which was creepy. The accommodation was sufficient for our stay, but next time we will opt for something light and airy.

I've stayed here before and keep coming back because of its simplicity. This space has everything I need: good internet, a comfy bed, a warm shower, and a functional kitchen. It's not fancy, but it's surprisingly quiet, cozy, and close to many Meridian shops and restaurants.
