Stayed Oct 11, 2023Relaxing. Quiet. Spacious. Only minutes away from Kenyon which was perfect for Parents’ Weekend. Having two sitting lounge areas was great as it rained quite a bit and the lower living room had more space for 8 of us (our college kids came to hang out with us). The mooing of distant cows was amusing too!

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Eight college buddies got together for a couple of rounds of golf at Apple Valley and were exceptionally pleased with the house. It had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen welled stocked with cookery, and the grill was great for grilling lots of meat. We're all planning on returning next year, as the price was excellent for what we received.

Stayed Jul 6, 2023My teenaged son and I came to town for a 3 day swim meet at Kenyon college (easy 10 minute drive). We found this home and it served all of our needs. It can easily fit a large family or group and has a fully stocked kitchen to get you through the basics of life. The home was extremely clean and many updates have been made. The property manager was very attentive, responsive and helpful in navigating access to the home and area. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet which was great for our early bedtime/early mornings. We wished that we had more time in town to explore the area. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
