Note: This is the upper unit of a 2-unit property. The lower unit has a separate tenant with no shared interior spaces. The only shared space is public street parking.



The Space:

Welcome to my unique property! This remodeled single-family home has been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. You’ll enjoy complete privacy in your unit, and the only shared space is the public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.



As required by the city licensing, a long-term tenant resides in the neighboring unit. However, you shouldn’t notice them at all during your stay. They help maintain the yard, trash, and snow removal, ensuring the property stays neat and well-kept. They are very respectful of your space and privacy, and you’ll likely never cross paths.



Like an apartment or hotel, you may hear the usual sounds of daily life. If there’s ever any disturbance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I'm here to ensure your comfort. The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for easy remote control. The temperature is usually set between 68-72°F, but if you’d like more control, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters to keep you comfortable.

The city requires a full-time tenant on the property. The downstairs tenant maintains the yard, shovels snow, and places trash bins on pickup days.



This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

    We had a wonderful stay. Location worked well & the owner was very responsive. Unit is as pictured/described. Really enjoyed being able to cook & just enjoy the unit. We would definitely book again.

    Do not book with this property. It was not actually listed that the “neighboring” tenant that helps up keep the property is below the rented unit. We discovered this after checking in. On our first night we found that the back door leading to a shared access point did not have a proper deadbolt to keep the lower tenant from accessing our unit too. Also the lock on the bathroom window was broken and would not latch leaving the window open and accessible to the unit. In this area of Denver that is highly unsafe. When I brought this to the owners attention he dismissed my complaint by saying he wished I had told him about the issue along check in. We didn’t notice the issues until after 10 pm at night. The owner then tried to accuse me of breaking the lock so he didn’t have to refund me for the stay.

    Neighborhood is in a good spot, Jeff is responsive. The place needed cleaning when I showed up but Jeff was able to get someone to come out to clean up the place in a few hours. If you need a place with king sized beds that is dog friendly, this is definitely a great deal.

    Stayed at Jeff's place, because the location was amazing to get to and from Empower Field. His communication was great and very polite. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

    Overall, the property met our needs, was convenient and a good value. I would rent it again. Some suggested improvements are as follows: 1. Install a shower bar for older people to assist in getting in and out of the tub. 2. Add some shelves in the bathroom for personal items. 3. The blinds in each room are worn/broken. 4. The floor sqeaks throughout the house which must irritate the lower tennant. Thanks.

    It was great! We brought our working canines and had plants of space for crates. It was clean and not cluttered. Very happy with our stay. The only think we wished was that there was more basic necessities like common seasonings, oil, things like that. Plenty of towels and blankets to use.

    Jeff has a nice property close to a highway and it’s easy to travel to different places of interest easily. The house is really nice and comfortable. Jeff is quick to respond to any concerns or issues. I would recommend staying here.
