Superb holiday home, in traditional Perigord style, with private pool and garden, ideal for 8 up to 12 guests. Great views over the Dordogne valley.

Beausejour is a traditional Perigord style house, with its own pool and garden, providing comfortable accomodation for 8 adults or for 6 adults and 6 children. Newly furnished and well equipped it also has the benefit of electric central heating and log fire making it perfect for winter lets.

The house has three large double bedrooms and a kids bedroom (with two bunkbeds and a double bed), making it ideal for families and couples traveling together.

Downstairs:
- The nicely furnished bedroom has its own private shower-room and toilet.
- Next door, there is a utility room with a washing machine.

Groundfloor:
- The large kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven, and both gas and electric hotplates, and is fully equipped.
- The attractive living room contains two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and television with dvd player and hi fi sound system for you to enjoy and relax. It has French doors which lead to a large terrace. The stunning views of the medieval village and the countryside all around make a lovely spot to enjoy the sunset!
- The second double bedroom has also a bathroom with toilet just next door.

Upstairs:
The third double bedroom can easily fit a cot if required.
The last bedroom comprises two bunkbeds and a fourth double bed and can accomodate two other adults or up to 6 children.
Between the bedrooms, there is another shower room with toilet.
Below the house : washing machine + football table

OUTSIDE DESCRIPTION:
But it is probably outside, near the 4x8m private swimming pool (open from June till the end of September) where you will spend most of your time.
The pool is equipped with lots of deckchairs, sunbeds and parasols, for you to relax and to enjoy the stunning view.
It is secured with an hard cover to prevent young children coming in on their own.
* The garden offers 1500m² of grassy area, ideal to play football of simply to relax
* Overlooking the garden, the terrasse area is equiped with a large dining tablec chairs and bbq to enjoy dining all fresco!
