Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very good except there is only one thermostat for the house of three floors. Who would build a house like that in Florida? :( So the upper floor is warm, the middle floor good (where the thermostat is), and the bottom floor warm where all the heat comes in with open doors, cooking, etc.

We had 5 adults and plenty of room. We all loved the location and beach access.

The downstairs was freezing cold, but upstairs (2nd & 3rd floors) were hot. Proximity to the beach and parking were GREAT!! House had some plumbing issues. The downstairs toilet would bubble every time someone upstairs flushed a toilet and one night we had to plunge the downstairs toilet to make kitchen sink drain (we just happened to be plunging it at the time and when it was clear, the sink cleared). 3rd floor fridge didn’t work, and toilet ran unless you manually pulled the handle up. The extra fan in the room also didn’t work and the ceiling fan was loose and noisy. Dishes in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use them. The water pressure was pretty bad, and even worse with multiple showering at once, but it was great at the outdoor shower used for rinsing sand. I called the property mgmt company upon arrival about the toilet running...they sent someone right away, but the girl on the phone was a little miffed and said “we were just there”...my thoughts exactly! Why didn’t you fix it?!

It was extremely easy to get to the beach and was very close to shops and restaurants. We would gladly stay here again. We did have one issue with the internet speed. The internet was extremely slow and spotty.

Once I made contact with Myla, things began moving smoothly. If it weren't for her kind response and resolution this would be a very different review. Moon Glow is a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return.

We all agreed that this house was our favorite place to stay so far. Beautiful and so close to the beach! Walking distance to quaint local restaurants as well as the store.
