Great Getaway On Picturesque Point. - No stairs to the lake!

We spent a lovely Thanksgiving in this house. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking the large meal and the dining area has plenty of room for all. The house has multiple common areas, so there is plenty of room to be together with family or to find a bit of privacy. The view of the lake from the front room is beautiful.

Had a great time. It was absolutely beautiful on the lake seeing the lake and just enjoying the view from the house.

Wonderful house with beautiful lakeside views and well-supplied. The rooms are mostly very large, the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought kayaks and paddled around from the dock. It was a great mini-vacation!

Our stay at Popsy's Point was wonderful! The house was clean and comfortable. The view from the sunroom and deck was beautiful. It was great to not have to go down any stairs to the dock! It's 15 minutes by boat from the Marina. And go upstream 15 minutes and you have prime sunset viewing! Although, just relaxing on the dock also gives you a gorgeous sunset! The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and ziplocks, towels, etc. We enjoyed the pool table. Popsy's Point would also be a great place in fall with the fire pit and plenty of wood! Positively recommend this place!!!!!!!!!!!

4th year staying at Kim's place. Space is perfect for lawn games, docking boats/jet skis and great outdoor covered space in event of rain...well stocked, plenty of roomOwner is very responsive. Thank you for another great lake vacation in your home!

Fantastic property, house is in great shape well stocked for everything you could want, beautiful approach to the lake. The owner is very responsive and wonderful to work with.

This was our second year staying at this house, and we will definitely be back! The location is perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the lake. The game room is a huge plus and kept everyone entertained during our stay. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, making it easy to prepare meals without having to bring extra supplies. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and make family memories at Smith Mountain Lake!

We enjoyed our stay. The house while a little dated is fully functional. Plenty of space for all the guests.The boys enjoyed the game room downstairs. Outside is where the house shines. Great views from fire pit, nice setup under sunroom, big dock and cool slide!

3rd year staying here..love it! Close to gas for the water toys and corner lot allows for awesome sunsets from the dock. Owner is super responsive..house is perfect, well stocked kitchen and have flat area near water is great for playing games. Made great use of covered patio during rain storms. Looking forward to our next trip!

We enjoyed the house, mesmerizing view from front room facing the lake, along with the fire pit and piers. Having towels and linens was great and very helpful when packing. We will definitely consider in future! Beran Family
