Stayed Nov 26, 2025Host was good and responsive. The home needs some work. Lots of broken things - cabinets, drawers, very dirty glassware, two needed handles missing on dryer, 4 cockroaches found, 3 dirty towels, dings in walls. Found out how filthy one of the mattresses was only at the end when striping the sheets. Kitchen pieces - pots and pans - were completely unusable. Very dirty and terribly scratched up. Our experience seemed to not be exclusive to us, as we had neighbors talking with us about the lack of upkeep that frustrates them.

Stayed Sep 2, 2025What a dump!Matresses stained, ripped sheets, carpets filthy, very run down. Vent covers hanging off ceiling, towel bars hanging off walls, Master shower NO hot water wifi not working non working window shades no vents for cooking, activated fire alarm constantly so couldn't cook. Photos show extreme opposite conditions. We were VERY upset ! Too bad VRBO doesn't offer refunds.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025The location itself was amazing! However, the house was extremely dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable. Dead roaches in the corner of the rooms. The house was not clean.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Location is great , community is amazing HOWEVER the property is a wreck. When we got in there were dead bugs roaches and flys all over the floors. It’s so run down like other reviews said towel racks don’t work, door is rotting, floors, furniture, and kitchen dishes were all dirty, clean me was written in 2 places on the furniture, not at all like the pictures. We had to go out buy cleaning supplies and clean before we could even stay. Then the next day we bought groceries went to cook dinner and the stove did not work. We had to take 2 days out of our vacation to wait for the service guy to come and fix the stove which was not fixed till Thursday 5 days into our vacation. We had to Toss much of the food we bought. We also saw lots of live roaches during our stay and had to buy bug spray. The management company clearly does not care about this property just about money. Definitely will stay in this community again but never at the property. VRBO has also been made aware of how run down this property truly is .

Stayed May 24, 2025DO NOT STAY HERE*If you are the owner reading this review, change management companies. Pros: good location, appliances/air conditioning were functional (not true in other reviews), kitchen was adequately stocked but just barelyCons: Where to begin. The place was filthy and run down. Dirt and hair everywhere. Multiple pins (from a new men’s shirt?) on the floor of my room that I’m lucky I saw instead of stepped on. Dirty unwashed towels in multiple bathrooms. The towels themselves were the cheapest we had ever seen. The material shed easy off the towels covering you with white lint after drying. No hand towels or washcloths. All the towel racks were ripped off the walls. Multiple missing smoke detectors. Fluid/stains on the comforters. Rotten apple core and other trash in some of the rooms. Nonfunctional WiFi on arrival which meant no internet or tv (tv was app/internet based, no cable). There’s more but you get the point. We contacted the management company with concerns. They agreed to send out a tech who fixed the WiFi issue. It was clearly purchased as the lowest speed available and was only intermittently functional after that. LSI asked for pictures of the above which I supplied. No response. I emailed about having someone come out and actually clean. No response. We stay in 30A as Watersound members several weeks a year for the last 15 years. Their isn’t our only bad experience for sure, but I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this place and LSI.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025This house was a great location - close to shopping and restaurants with a community pool and tram that takes you right to the beach. The price compared to other homes in the area was very reasonable, however, we quickly learned that you get what you pay for. The house is in need of some MAJOR TLC. Almost all bathroom towel bars are either gone or broken off of the wall, along with all of the dispenser holders that are jerry-rigged in the showers - broken/hanging off the wall. The shower tubs do not drain very well leaving standing water. There are no door stops behind bathroom doors so there are holes in the walls from door handles, along with many other walls that are banged up, dirty, and chipped. One of the bathrooms upstairs has water damage in the ceiling that looks to be molded. The kitchen appliances were very outdated. The coffee maker did not work and had ants in it - we had to purchase our own to use for the duration of our stay. The washing machine was also outdated with rust and missing knobs. The smoke detectors were missing off the walls in several of the bedrooms. Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the house could have been better. There were stains on one of the bedroom comforters, countertops in kitchen and bathrooms did not seem to be wiped down, dead bugs in one room, etc. Sadly, the cons outweighed the pros for us, so we would not stay here again nor recommend it to other families.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024I leave this message only to help future potential guests to be aware that the property is not managed as advertized. We did not expect to have to clean dead bugs out of all bathtubs, cabinets, and kitchen / bathroom floors when we arrived. We did not expect the dish washer to be broken or internet to be out all week. And we did not expect so much sheet rock damage across the house or laundry machines with knobs missing. I could see sub-par patch work on things in person that don't show up on listing photos. The exterior of the house had signs of poor maintenance as well. Neighbors even commented on house condition compared to others in the neighborhood. We hoped management would respond quickly. I specifically asked for a call because there were so many issues, it warranted a discussion to minimize disruption during our stay. We received our first call back on day 4, but from someone who did not have much authority to assist. Mainenance mentioned it was not the first time having to repair things like banister rails, sheet rock, or major appliances. Housekeeping was shocked to see the issues including a torn shower curtain hand-knotted as a repair job. The most disapointing part was the lack of communication when requested. We have been coming to 30A for 20 years and Seacrest Beach for 12. We absolutely love the area. However, we will Never stay at this house again. Stayed Oct 5, 2024Unfortunately, I cannot say many good things about this property. The only good thing I can say is that it is in a great location. We stay in the seacrest neighborhood twice per year. We love this area as it’s not quite as crowded as seaside. This unit is by far our worst experience. The air conditioning downstairs would not cool below 78 degrees and even got up to 80. It took multiple messages and two days for the property manager to even get someone out to look at the air unit. The repair man put 4 pounds of Freon into the unit but 12 hours later it was 80 again. I sent another message and it still Wasn’t fixed. Also we went to wash dishes midweek and the dishwasher leaked all over the entire kitchen. Obviously there is a draining problem. My husband could have fixed it with proper tools but we didn’t bring those on our vacation!! I let management know about the dishwasher and no one ever responded or fixed it. This unit had lots of minor issues that didn’t make a huge difference to us but we wanted to make sure they knew We didn’t break them since they required a security deposit. The front door blinds, towel holder, toilet paper holder, stair railing, shower drain and dining chairs (2) Just to name a few. This unit needs some major TLC. I would NEVER rent from an LIS property again.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024This was a great spot to stay. The house is very spacious with great furnishings. Lots of space and beautiful views from the balcony. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!
