Great for Friends & Families, Breathtaking View, Nature Trails, Farm Animals

This home was wonderful! Spacious and cozy. Both kitchens were well stocked. The view from the back deck is amazing and we spent most evenings watching the sunset from there.

We were a group of quilters who created our own retreat during our stay, and this home was absolutely perfect for it. There was plenty of space to spread out our sewing projects, as well as comfortable personal space for everyone to sleep and relax. We truly enjoyed the beautiful views, the home itself, and exploring the local shops. The house was the cleanest we have ever experienced—it truly felt like home. We would gladly stay here again!

We had a lovely family Christmas at Serenity Hill. Host had decorated the place and it all felt very festive. Views were amazing, even when the fog rolled in on Christmas Day. Well-stocked kitchen which had everything (and then some) that we needed to celebrate for 14 people. Excellent communication with host - they clearly have the gift of hospitality!

Serenity Hill was a wonderful place for our family to gather! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with plenty of books, games, and areas to unwind in the house!

The house is amazing, and the views are picturesque. We've stayed there a few times and most likely will be back again. It is a great place to enjoy spending time with a large group. The kitchen is spacious enough to accommodate more than one cook and is amply supplied with various utensils and cookware. The hosts are very friendly and gracious.

The house was great, the yard was great and everything was very clean. The owners responded to all of our questions and requests. Great 4 day weekend of golf.

This is my family second time coming to Serenity Hill. It's such a peaceful and comfortable house. It's very clean, a ample supply of kitchen items, toiletry supplies and bedding. Serenity says it! This was our third (or fourth) year staying at Serenity Hill for our annual family weekend. 20 people from ages 0-70. We all enjoy the beauty, comfort and everything else this place has to offer. My highlight was a misty morning sitting on the deck watching the silhouettes of the horses grazing while slipping on coffee. The family loves the large deck which easily accommodated us on a rainy day, and the yard to play yard games. I just love this place and look forward to our return.

Large family gathering for grandsons wedding. The wedding was in Beach City, grandson lives in Sugar Creek. Perfect spot and very easy to get around. We had 20 people staying in the house and felt very comfortable with PLENTY of space. The deck is amazing for sitting outside in the evening, watching fireflies and listening to the frogs and having family time.

This property is very spacious. Although there were sixteen of us (ages 2-43) there was plenty of room to be in various areas of the house. Our games of hide and seek were epic! The kitchen was a dream to cook in and we never ran out of seating for our meals. Even though they were far away during our stay the owners made themselves available; they were super responsive and very kind. The location was ideal. It's remote enough for you to wind down as you carefully traverse the roads (those hills!) and take in well kept farms, beautiful animals, and gorgeous houses. But there's also lovely coffee houses (with quality gift shops!) and nearby conveniences within 15-30 min. The view from the house is stunning- even with the rain. The horses would watch us as we traversed the grounds and the younger kids loved going down to the barn to admire them and pet them. The house is on a hill so be aware that your calves will burn the first couple of days if you're walking to the pond or visiting the creek but then you'll be fine. We all enjoyed our vacation at this property; we looked forward to 'coming home' to it after our day activities were finished. The house really had everything; I was especially grateful for the abundance of towels, the downstairs kitchen, and the laundry.The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy; the whirlpool tub received its share of luxurious bubble baths. Would definitely stay here again if we ever revisited Ohio.

Brought the family, stayed 3 nights. Home was exceptional, views were amazing, host very responsive. We would highly recommend this place, and hope to go back sometime.

Spacious home. This home has everything you need and some things you didn’t know you needed. Communication with the host was easy. Gina, a neighbor, visited us with her horse and her little dog. She allowed the children to ride the horse. The sun rises were beautiful.

This is our fifth year, I believe, staying at Serenity Hill. I have given 5 star reviews each year. Ken and Andrea are super easy to communicate with and have honestly thought of everything to make their home perfect for vacations. The house and grounds are always in pristine conditions. We love it here and will continue to book here.

We were looking for a place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family - and this place was perfect. The house has all of the comforts and conveniences and it is clean and well maintained. The views from the deck are amazing. The hosts are very pleasant and accommodating. Everyone had a great time!

Our family of 16 stayed Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. Kitchen was well stocked, with spices and condiments in the refrigerator. House was very clean! Kids loved the hillbilly golf and cornhole games provided. Adults enjoyed the huge deck with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. Also, communication with owners was excellent! Wonderful place to stay!!

Beautiful home nestled on top of the rolling hills in the midst of Amish Country! Unbelievably serene and picturesque! Loved watching the horses and their young foals up close. The yard was wonderful for the grandkids to run around and play. Everyone enjoyed the grounds and ability to walk to the creek and enjoy the area there. Everything about the house was absolutely wonderful. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy, yet great common areas and terrific kitchen for family gatherings. The house was extremely clean as well. Our host/owner was exceptional in regard to communication and hospitality. We appreciated all the thoughtful extras that were provided to us. It is apparent that the owners truly care that the renters enjoy all aspects of their stay. Highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed on any level.

Serenity Hill was amazing for our family get-together. We especially loved spending time on the spacious deck eating our meals, playing games together and just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful view. The fire pit area was great for an evening of s’mores, corn hole and chasing lightening bugs. The layout of the house offered plenty of space for our family to gather without feeling on top of each other. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was clearly labeled, which made it easy to prepare meals for our large group. Our hosts were very attentive and even went out of their way to help us when the wind swept our toy airplane into the horse field. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
