Great for families, 2 full bathrooms. Walkable to Downtown Ferndale.

The house was clean, comfortable, and every inch of space seemed to have been thought out to be as welcoming as possible.

This was the most enjoyable VRBO property I have ever stayed at. The hosts are so gracious and responsive. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable to many restaurants and shops.

The house was supplied adequately for everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very clean and tidy.

This was our fourth stay at the house it’s always been clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

The “Funky Fern” was exactly as described, cute and very clean. It had a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, expressways and a very cute downtown area. Hosts were responsive and very helpful and they had it stocked with the most essentials and amenities of any place I have ever stayed! Definitely would rent again!

We (2 kids, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents) had a lovely stay at this home in Ferndale. We were a bit concerned about the proximity to the railroad but ultimately it was a very quiet location. Everything was very clean, and the hosts have many thoughtful items available, including shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, and a variety of fun coffee fixings. There were also children's items and games. Walkable to downtown Ferndale and drivable to a lot of great Detroit attractions. The two full baths were great to have. Communication with the host was helpful and check-in was easy. Highly recommended. Also highly recommend a visit to the nearby apple fritter donut shop - so delicious!

The house was so clean and well-furnished. Hosts were very responsive to our queries. Great location. Good layout. We would stay agaun. We appreciated the two bathrooms.

It was clean and had everything we needed very convenient as far as the drive time to shopping and eateries. The host was excellent in communicating with me about our stay and needs for our stay. I definitely would come back to this property if I came back to Michigan

Stayed with 4 adults. Very clean and comfortable. The location and proximity to everything was perfect for our trip. Very reasonable house rules. Easy check in and check out. We dined out for all of our meals and did not end up using the kitchen, so cannot comment on that amenity, but it looked good. My only critique for the property is that one of the two bathrooms, which is attached to a bedroom, has a sliding barn door with large gaps that are a bit awkward for privacy. Can't fault the owners on this one, as the construction of that space makes it very difficult to put any kind of door there. Thankfully, the bedroom door can be closed for added privacy, but can be a little awkward if you're sharing the space.

Our group was 2-65+ year old adult couples. Because of the small size of the house,I would call it a cottage. It was very cozy and well appointed with newer appliances and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. The sitting ara in the back yard was appreciated. The location was excellent for easy access to freeways and major roads. The television was had a fully loaded app package. Everything we needed was on hand or easy to aquire. I highly recommend this property for a cozy stay.

We have stayed at this property three years in a row. Always clean comfortable and well stocked. We’ll go for four in a row next year.

Wonderful home- clearly well taken care of -probably one of the best VRBO I’ve stayed at! The hosts were super responsive to the few questions I had and the house was incredible well stocked with anything you could think of needing, plus immaculate. Will definitely stay there again.

First of all, let me just say Christi & Jeff are amazing. She had everything that was needed and/or required in the house. We wanted to extend our stay so badly, but we knew we had to leave. ☹️ You definitely have a gem right here. Wish you more success and definitely will be referring people whoever comes to the area.
