Great Family-sized Getaway! Pet-Friendly!

As far as needing anything. We didn’t. Nadine thought of everything. She was so helpful and kind.The home was a diamond in the rough. The neighbors were nice and welcoming. It was nice and quiet. The inside was very comfortable. Spacious kitchen, equipped with everything.I will definitely stay here again and look forward to it.

We loved this home. Stayed 10 days, 5 adults, 1 child. Plenty of room...very spacious. Home stocked with everything we needed for our beach day, and cooking/baking. Items easy to find, labeled and well organized. Owner very gracious. Home/bathrooms clean and well stocked. Porch amazing. I would highly recommend this home.

The home was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable. The location was convenient and close to everything we planned to do. We did experience an issue during our stay, but Nadine addressed it immediately and handled it professionally. Communication with Nadine was clear and easy throughout the process. Overall, it is a very nice and well-kept home, and we would definitely stay in this location again.

This was one of the nicesest homes we have had the pleasure of enjoying. Our hostess had excellent communication skills, and takes pride in providing a good rental.Beautifully decorated, the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups.Everything imaginable and then some were provoded for that special touch. Her welcoming booklet was also very informative about the area. If we come back to Tampa, we will book this home again.

This was a very nice place to stay for me, the boys and our golden doodle. We stayed for a little less than a week and was very impressed with how well stocked this place was. They had everything you could need and more. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Fenced in backyard and was able to walk the dog daily without a lot of car traffic. They even left labels and instructions throughout the house to make it easier for you. They really went above and beyond.

The house was very clean and comfortable. I loved that she left little notes for things, such as one that said it takes the hot water a minute to warm up so you aren't jumping in a cold shower. The backyard was totally fenced for our dogs and she even had a couch cover for the fur babies. There were a couple toys for the kids and beach items. The communication was awesome and she even put up a happy birthday banner for my daughter. There was everything you could imagine for personal items in case something was forgotten. Overall, it was an easy and awesome stay.

This has been hands-down one of the best hosted houses we have ever stayed at. The host thought of everything and left no stone unturned. The amenities all the way down to the sweet gift card for one of our favorite coffee places in Tampa. We will be making certain to save this Host and this property. There isn’t one thing that we had an issue with and or one complaint. Do yourselves a favor and don’t pass on this special gem in the middle of Seminole Heights.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We especially loved the front patio which made our stay extra special. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. It’s clear they take great pride in making guests feel welcome.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway!
