Great family rental just one block from Sunset Lake!

This place was more than enough space for our family of five. My kids are too old to stack on top of each other in a hotel room so we went with a house closer to the bay. I think two families could share with no problem. Clean, close to everything, one block from Sunset Park. It was perfect. We just drove th car from the driveway, around the corner and straight down to the beach at Rambler. 2 min drive. My kids have already requested we rent there next year. Highly recommended

This house was bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. My family of 6 people and 4 pets had plenty of space to move around with room to spare. The landlady Nicole was very communicative and responsive. We had a pleasant visit with no major issues at all. We would recommend this shore house for future stays.

My husband, son and two pups rented this cute and comfortable beach home. It was perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet, one short block from Sunset Lake and two short blocks from the beach. It even had a fenced in backyard… What a gift for the pups!! Nicole was an amazing host. She was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely rent from her again. Thank you for a stress-free vacation.

When you arrive, take pictures documenting the conditions of everything, date and time stamp. When you leave, do the same, take lots of pictures, date and time stamp. Also, check out all of the facilities. When we arrived on Saturday the toilet was slow running, a condition that got increasingly worse so we contacted the homeowner first thing Monday morning. A plumber arrived on Tuesday and found an object had been flushed down the toilet. Clearly from the previous tenant. We were charged for cost and as we had not documented this on our arrival, we had no recourse. We were also told we didn't take the trash, a falsehood but as we had not photographic documentation we, again, had no recourse. An expensive lesson learned.

This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in Wildwood Crest and we've been coming here for years! The house was in a quiet and convenient location with a very homey feel. We felt right at home upon entering! The fenced in yard and front porch was perfect for our dog. She loved the house! You can't beat the location! It was a very close walk to beach and Sunset Lake. Nicole was a great host! She was very accomodating and very responsive and took that extra step to make sure the house and our visit was perfect! I would most definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend! Thank you Nicole for a wonderful vacation!

Had a wonderful two weeks. Manager was very easy to work with. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out. Best was bringing our furry friend. She was happy to be with us as well. Will look to rent this again!

HUGE house! Great location. Property owner was so nice and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely book this house again for our shore vacations.
