Stayed Sep 11, 2025Excellent property, great location and amenities. Would definitely stay here again. My only disappointment was losing a substantial amount of time with a 4 pm check in and 9 am check out.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025The pool was not monitored and an over abundance of people well over capacity were allowed in daily. The house was ill equipped. No blankets in the family room one ounce of dish soap provided one roll of single ply, toilet paper per bathroom no salt and pepper no pool towels And very little parking.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024This was a great property for our family of six. Well appointed with most things you would need. For the price we paid I would expect a few extra TP and paper towels rolls. Also, it would have been nice to have a broom. It's impossible not to get sand everywhere. Note the property description says Golf Cart for Fee, not Free. The first time I read it I thought it was included. No big deal that it wasn't free but you can tell it was intentionally worded to trick you. The golf cart it not needed if you have a vehicle. There is a nice community pool with a look-out tower. It is a 5 minute drive to main Blue Mountain Beach access point. This is a very quiet and chill town, the beach is the main attraction but there are a few shops and restaurants. Over 6 days we saw perfect blue-green waters 5 of the days. Storms caused chopped waters that got darker because the coastal lakes overflowing into the ocean, but the next day it was perfect again.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Had a wonderful time on our 30A vacation. Loved the proximity to the pool and beach. House was clean and spacious. 10/10 on the neighborhood pool. We loved getting our coffee at The Coffee Shop, down the street, every morning. Having access to a golf cart is key. Stayed in Destin plenty of times over the years but prob one of my favorite places so far. Thank u so much for having us and we will be back:) Couple things to note- the pool monitor was quite aggressive to the vacationers about drinks and wrist bands. Several people complained. Would love to see new beach chairs and umbrella added. The ones in the garage were broken. Would be a great addition for people flying in from out of town, to not have to purchase them.
