GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION - 5 minute walk to downtown shopping and dining

Very cute place and very clean. Proximity to downtown is great! A good place for a family with small children. The only downside was 1 bathroom for 5 people. But otherwise, a great place!

The back yard is great if you have a dog. Instructions were very simple and location is 10 min walk to downtown.

It was our family’s second time staying at this property and we enjoyed it very much! Clean, prime location, very accommodating and great communication. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our recent visit to Flagstaff and this cottage really made it great. It was exactly what we wanted; dog friendly, clean and comfortable. Attention to detail has created a place that has everything you need without any clutter. The fireplace and living room are cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful craftsman house. It was close to downtown and also Thorpe park. Perfect place to unwind in the evening after a day of site seeing.

It was nice to be downtown and loved the fireplace so easy to click on and off.

Stayed here to go snowboarding and it was great. Had everything we needed. And within walking distance to downtown. Great place. Would stay here again.

Great house! Not our first stay here. We needed a dog friendly house and this house works well! We loved the added bonus of being so close to the route for Christmas light parade. Our only suggestion to other dog owners would be to bring a paw washer! There is something extra sticky about the Flagstaff soil in the backyard. Perfect location to downtown and the Thorpe parks for walking the dogs!!

Convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s in a great neighborhood, walking distance to downtown and quick drive up to snowbowl. The photos really don’t do it justice— it’s such a cute space and so comfortable. We would love to come back!

Our month long stay was amazing. The hosts were very responsive and the home was perfect. Walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, shopping… for being in downtown Flagstaff, it is very quiet. We loved the home and plan to come back.

We absolutely loved this beautiful historic home in downtown Flagstaff! The location was great...literally a short walk to dining, shops, entertainment and a grocery store. For a small house, this one felt quite spacious. The kitchen is roomy and there is an added on laundry room which overlooks the back yard. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced yard with plenty of room to roam around. The woodwork inside this craftsman bungalow is gorgeous. I wondered about July with no a/c, but with the fans and opening the windows at night, the temperature was quite comfortable. Our favorite spot was the front porch. The large trees in the front yard and the breeze blowing through made it a shady and cool place to relax.Mandi and Mark were great hosts and quickly answered any questions we had. Our stay here was comfortable, cool and relaxing....everything we were hoping for!

This house is walkable to all the shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the farmers market - a perfect location! The porch is wonderful for sitiing. Only downside, is there is no air conditioning and the house was rather warm, but otherwise, a great stay!

Great Location

My husband and I arrived in Flagstaff on a snowy April day to visit our son who works in town. We could not have asked for a better location and the house was perfect for our small group. We enjoyed walking downtown and not having to worry about parking while dining in the evening. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around and play ball. We will be back next time we visit Flagstaff. The only recommendation I could give is to have a larger skillet to make dinner for the family and a few mixing bowls. Everything else was PERFECT!

This was our second time staying here because our kids fell in love with the charm of the house and the charm of the neighborhood.

We loved this property. It was perfect for our needs with two kids and a dog. The layout made it easy for us parents to stay up and hang out after kids went to bed. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted. And the house was very clean. Sometimes places appear clean but then up close are not as good as they appear. But this one metMy cleanliness standards!!Just as the listing described and would definitely love to stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!

House was nice and comfortable. We felt very relaxed and just the thing we needed.

My family and I come celebrate New Year’s Eve in Flagstaff every year from down in the valley. We found this gem this year and it was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed.

Great stay!

We enjoyed most aspects of our stay, especially the location. The enclosed yard was the deciding factor in booking this house, as we wanted a safe area to let our dogs out. Unfortunately, it ended up being the one aspect that keeps us from giving a full 5-star rating. We arrived on a rainy day, and most of the yard was muddy. We spent the weekend cleaning paws and doing our best to keep dirt out of the house. There was a broom but no dustpan, which made cleaning challenging. In a different season, or with no pets, this house would be perfect for other visitors.

We have stayed at this location on at least 5 different times. The neighborhood is fantastic and located within easy walking distance to downtown. The only negative is that this place no longer offers cable TV so if you want to watch ESPN you will need to log in to your own YouTube TV account; just don’t forget to log out.

Walking distance to the hospital and down town. We stayed here while my husband had major surgery

Great little house in perfect location. Walk to everything! My only complaint would be the plug in air fresheners were way too overwhelming we had to unplug them all and after about 48 hrs it was much much better. We would definitely stay in this house again!

This house is truly wonderful. Perfectly located if you wish to go downtown or hit the Flagstaff Urban Trails. The home is more spacious than the photos indicate, living room is large as is the kitchen. The second guest bedroom has 2 twins, perfect if you have children. If you’re going downtown, there’s no need to drive once you park the car. House was very clean, yard was perfect for our two herding dogs to run and play. We had no issues with checkin or during our stay. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for our getaway to the cool pines of Flagstaff. Great proximity - 5 minute walk - to downtown. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

This was our second stay and it felt like home as soon as we pulled in. We love the front porch and the very comfortable living space. All questions were answered quickly and completely. We love the location and the proximity to the Grand Canyon. We will be back!

Close to downtown, Buffalo Park, Lowell Observatory and the Arizona Snowball. Home is comfortable and has so much character. Highly recommend this property if you want to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding sites.

I love this house and this neighborhood with its mature landscape. The back yard was so fun for my two small dogs, but watch your little dogs because there are a few escape routes. This is a very quiet, relaxing rental and the owners are very nice people.

Loved this little place so much! My husband two adult children and myself stayed for 3 nights. We loved the location. My kids were born and raised in Flagstaff. It is always bittersweet when we come for a visit. We were able to walk all over and see old friends. Home was comfortable, clean and perfectly appointed for a short term rental. Hope to return again for a longer stay!

I would say the only thing to improve-new bed(s) and do something to improve the old garage that looks run down.

This is our 2nd stay. We love this home because of it's historic charm, location & it's well stock with all the necessities we need for our stay. The hostess is quick to respond back.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Short drive to anywhere in Flagstaff or, a short walk to almost everywhere. Property is always clean, comfortable, safe, upgraded bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need.

The online photos of this place do not do it justice, it is very pretty and clean on the inside. The location is super close to downtown and a quick and safe walk. The yard out back was plenty big and full of grass for our dog to use. I cannot say enough great things about this property. Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Stayed for a month and loved it! Beds are comfy and house is very well stocked. The front porch is incredible. Nice back yard for our doggies:) Fantastic location! Walking distance to everything downtown. Very good communication with host, easy check in and out! We will be back for sure!
