Description

Completed renovation of entire house in 2013, 9 marsh wren is steps to the beach (3 minute walk!) with all the modern amenities that families require during their stay. The main floor contains the master bedroom/bath, a second master bedroom/bath and a large bedroom off the second floor deck. The kitchen/great room has a 60 inch plasma with game playing hook up, a private office and glass enclose eating area. The new kitchen has honed carrara marble tops with stainless steel appliances including a 40 bottle wine cooler. The red oak floors give the house warmth and charm. The first floor contains a bedroom with queen bed and bunks, a tv den for the kids and a full bath with access to the pool area. The screened in first floor fun space has a large dining table with seating for 10, a ping pong table and lounge area. A large outdoor shower and weber grill are adjacent to the screen room for complete outdoor living. While hot tub heat is included in your rental fee, the large pool can be heated for $120 per day at current propane rates.

This house at our favorite beach did not disappoint!The kitchen had a great island for serving our family dinner buffets, and the pool was large, refreshing and clean!There were also a nice beach cart and extra beach chairs available for use. It was very kid-friendly, and the only thing I would change is it would be nice to have an inside table big enough to seat 8-10 people.Thanks for a great week!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home and it worked perfectly for us -- as family of 9. It's been beautifully renovated and is decorated very tastefully. The kitchen was amazing and is fully stocked with cookwear, dishes, etc. The kids loved the oversized pool and all of toys and floats available for their use. The adults appreciated all the beach chairs and coolers available for our use - would have saved us a lot of packing if we'd known they were there. The location of the home is fantastic as the beach is only a few steps away. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Hilton Head!

The house was very nice. The upstairs had been very tastefully remodeled. The house was very spacious for a family of 10. The kids appreciated the pool and the ping-pong table. The proximity to the ocean was terrific.

We were very pleased with the accomodations, pool, hot tub, screened porches with ping pong, and proximity to the beach. Appreciated beach wagon and beach chairs, and TV's in each bed room. Nice open kitchen and room for everyone. Definately thinking about coming back.

We love everything about Hilton Head! The home was spacious and well equipped. Large pool and hot tub with lots of outdoor space. Property manager was super quick to respond to any email when we had questions. Ideal location w easy access to beach, Salty Dog, and Harbor Town. Highly recommend!
