Great 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on beautiful Pensacola Beach!

Very nice house. Super clean! It had just about everything we would have needed. Beach towels would have been helpful since they take so much room to pack for the flight. My son and his friend enjoyed the bikes and a quick 4 min walk to the beach. We paid a service and had chairs set up daily. House is off a main road but you cant hear the traffic inside. Would highly recommend this place.

Let me first give the pros and cons about the home.PROS: The home was very clean. I am a stickler about cleanliness, and it definitely passed the test. The owner was well stocked with everything you would need to have a great vacation at the beach. I am a big review person so I read them all to determine where I will stay. One review for this property talked about the home not having a hair dryer and the first thing I saw when looked in a drawer was a hair dryer so, I know the owners are listening and care about their client's request. The location was perfect (not too far but close to all of the happenings on Pensacola beach, just perfect. The home decor was well thought out and perfect for people coming in and out for their vacation (no carpet & not a lot of cloth furniture, just perfect.) We had a total of 8 people and they thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was very comfortable. CONS: The house had an elevator that would have been perfect for bringing up luggage. Also, the stairs was a bit much for my 86 year old mother who had to come up and down them every time we went out. I called PBH to ask them to come and unlock the elevator so that my mother could use it, they promised to send someone the next day but no one ever came. I can understand not wanting kids to play on the elevators because they are very expensive to fix however, we were not traveling with children. Whatever their reasoning was for not granting our request was a bit disappointing. There were no blinds in the common areas which made it a bit uncomfortable at night. It would have been nice to have the option to open and close them at our leisure.Overall, the stay at this property was a good one and I would definitely book here again.

This house is amazing We loved the layout and location. We come here every year and would love to rent it sgsin next year if available.

Spent a short week with my wife two kids and mother-in-law. the property was nice new and clean access to beach was fantastic and the home was very well appointed. hope to return to see the Blue Angels.

This house had board games for my kids and coffee for early mornings. It was a perfect stay and I would absolutely stay again or recommend to a friend. Absolutely awesome kitchen, fun porch to hang out on, luxury bathrooms, comfy beds . . . has games, books, smart TV, beach gear and bikes. Easy check-in/check-out and very responsive property management. We enjoyed the Naval Aviation Museum, downtown Pensacola (Carmen's Tapas was great), Fort Pickins (very cool), turtle rehab center, Maguire's Pub, Flounders and Native Cafe. Quiet and restful spot and just a few minutes to walk to the very empty beach. Loved it!

We loved the location because it was close to shopping and restaurants and a quick walk to the beach (the house is about the 3rd row of homes from the beach) which was not crowded at all! The street out front was busy but not a big deal once the weekend was over...the owners thought of every detail from games/beach gear and sunscreen to plenty of towels and blankets! My husband and I kept saying how clean and comfortable this gorgeous home was....there was plenty of space for our whole family plus a few friends, the bunk room was perfect! We drove to Ft Pickens to watch the Blue Angels practice, ate at Peg Leg Pete’s (the grouper sandwich was amazing!), ate dinner at crabs and Flounders (stuffed flounder was delicious!) I just can’t say enough about how beautiful the house is and I’d definitely stay here again....(PS I forgot my hair dryer and there wasn’t one here, would have been nice to have that)

We loved our stay in this new home! It provided more than we needed and was a short walk to the beach. It was by far one of our favorite properties that we’ve booked through VRBO.

It had everything you could need for a cozy beach weekend and we are so grateful to all the sweet details Tom put into the space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools you need for home cooked dinners. We spent evenings playing all the games in the living room and our days by the beach with the outdoor activities and beach equipment that were provided. Thank you so much for having us!
