Great 2 bedroom home in an excellent location.

Everything met my expectations.

We've stayed here numerous times as the location is perfect for all we want to do and it's quiet. The host is always very responsive if something comes up and the place is always clean. Love having a garage that we can keep a vehicle and outdoor gear in.

A cozy place to stay, located in a nice neighborhood and was a very clean place to stay.

This was our 4th trip to Duluth and had the best time. We have stayed in hotels prior and decided to give a VRBO a try. This VRBO was perfect for 2 young kids. Matt was very responsive. We were able to utilize the family table for a couple meals and my boys loved the toys. We even took a walk to the school park. Only downfall would be the air conditioners/electrical. (Only can use 2 air conditioners at a time.)

Great for the 3 of us, although I found the bed uncomfortable. Many amenities. Large dining table and chairs. A table in the kitchen with a view of the nice, bug backyard. Quiet neighborhood. The street to get to the home is in very bad shape, fortunately it's a short distance to the house.

Nice place, small but clean and comfy. We had lots of fun in Duluth and Superior.

My wife and I live in Minneapolis and we were delighted when a friend from California came for a visit. We love showing people the beauty of Minnesota's North Shore.We found this adorable place which was a very pleasant surprise. Terrific neighborhood and close to shopping.Stairs may be difficult for some older folks otherwise this little place is a gem!

This was a great option for our family with 2 young kids. The house was comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Not far from lots of fun spots, good food and breweries. It had a closet big enough for a small kiddo to stay in, a pack’n’play and a good variety of toys.

We really enjoyed Matt's place and will stay again! Close to everything and very comfortable. Thanks again!

Really enjoyed this house. Very comfortable for 4 people. Well taken care of. Kitchen was decently stocked with utensils etc. for basic cooking. My only “complaints” would be personal preference type things that I’d change if I’d live there. So nothing to complain about. At all. It was a charming old house that had a few upgrades without killing the charm. I’d definitely stay here again. It was clean felt very homey.

Great home base for exploring Duluth and the North Shore. Was nice to come back to this comfortable house to cook dinner and relax. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Gas grill was a handy bonus.

We loved our stay! We were in town looking for rentals and this was the perfect place to return to after a hectic few days of showings! Beautiful views of trees, quiet neighborhood, close to everything and so many amenities a this Vrbo. Would definitely stay again if we needed a vacation rental.

My son, daughter, and I stayed here. My kids loved all the toys that this place provided! We used the campfire pit and grill as well. 10 min from the main part of Duluth. Would stay here again.

The house was nice but you had to go upstairs for bedroom and bathroom. Thestreet needs to be replaced.

The house was very clean and well appointed. It was very hot but we were able to use the AC and kept the bedroom and living room cool. A small porch was lovely to have a cup of coffee early morning. I grew up near UMD so this part of Duluth was quite foreign to us. The neighborhood was very nice. We would recommend staying at this property. S & K Jones
