5 Stars — Amazing Host! We had an incredible stay this week, and Mindy was truly the best host we’ve ever had on VRBO. She went above and beyond in every way to make sure our beach trip was perfect. When we mentioned we were preparing a big Thanksgiving feast, she personally brought over extra cookware—something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but it made all the difference for our family.The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly stocked, and Mindy was always easy to reach and genuinely cared about our experience. You can tell she takes pride in hosting.Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for our family with extra space. Our first time in Grayton Beach. Less than 2 miles from Seaside and perfect location to restaurants. Had everything you needed for the beach….wagon, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. It was a short 2-3 min walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded like other beaches on 30A. We went the week after July 4th. Also loved the pool after a long day at the beach.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and communicative.

To be honest, I was a little disappointed with how rundown the property was. Finishes off of the bathroom, vanities, broken fence, paint missing on entry doors. We have 13 homes and a prosperous, long and short term rental business in Tennessee.

Wonderful house in a wonderful spot!

We love this place and will be back. A short walk to the most beautiful beach we've ever seen, a lovely home, and not a high rise in sight. The home is well-equipped and decorated with personality, instead of a sterile, beach-house formula. Mindy is extremely easy to work with. We couldn't be more pleased.

This is an awesome house with great amenities, a large pool and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Mindy was super responsive and available for any help needed! Appreciated the multiple living spaces for a 2 family trip with kids and the front screened in porch was perfect for hanging out. We would stay again for sure!

This Grayton Beach house was in a wonderful location, close to the beach, restaurants, a coffee house, and a market. The house was incredibly clean and well-stocked with towels and blankets. The owners had decorated the house beautifully so you felt at home and in a very nice one at that! The children loved the pool and we had lots of space for family get togethers. We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch. Communication with the owner was excellent; she was very responsive to our inquiries. We would go back there again anytime!

We had 8 adults, 3 Preschoolers, and 2 babies. Everyone had their own spaces. We enjoyed the pool, especially the night swimming! There was easy access to the beach if you take a left at the end of the road. All in all, it was a perfect week for our family and we have the pictures to prove it!

We loved staying at this house. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Mindy was very responsive to anything we needed. We loved having the pool in the backyard, Very impressed!

This house is a great location, the pool is wonderful, and the house itself is nice, comfortable, well stocked and great for a vacation with two families. I would pick it again next year!

We had the best time! This house was perfect for our friends and family. Quick walk to the beach. The pool was perfect for the afternoon so the littles could take break from the beach. The beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with everyone. I can't say enough wonderful things!Mindy was wonderful to work with and super responsive. We will be back!

This place was convenient, clean and overall a great place to stay. A few minutes walk to the beach and about ten minutes from the Red Bar area. Mindy was super responsive and helpful all throughout the trip. Pool was a great bonus for the whole crew. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the location of this house. Conveniently located near the beach and a short bike ride to Blue Mountain, Watercolor and Seaside. It was very clean and well maintained. We loved the screened in porch, it was a big hit and allowed us to enjoy the evenings without worrying about bugs. The pool was large and accommodated our group comfortably.
