Stayed Sep 22, 2024The property was as advertised. We originally thought we'd have four or maybe five golfers but ended up with six. There were six beds with three in one bedroom which made it a little cozy for six adults but would've been great for someone with children. We grilled out one night and cooked lasagne on another. All the facilities worked fine. The home was neat and clean and was conveniently located for golf.

Stayed Jun 23, 2022What a fantastic place to stay in Bella Vista. This property is fresh, super clean, has all the kitchen amenities and is in a great location in BV. We stayed here for a golf trip which was the perfect place for us. It is totally set up for mountain bikers. You can see the trail off of the deck. Easy check in and out. Will stay here again when we return.

Stayed Jun 9, 2022Great property with perfect location for our event. As in life, nothing is perfect, so when something goes wrong, how is it handled? The upstairs cooling unit failed to work on 2 very hot days which made sleeping extremely difficult. Notified the property owner and was given a partial refund as compensation. Would stay here again.
