Stayed Mar 19, 2025Past 38 years we all meet at a different city and had never been to Lexington. 6 guys from different parts of the US House was LARGE, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and a perfect location for us. Host was EXTREMELY attentive to our needs and any issues we encountered. They did their best to make it a great stay!

Stayed Oct 14, 20248 couples stayed for a visit to Louisville & Keeneland racetrack, plus we had a dog. House was very clean with lots of amenities. Nice courtyard for the dog. Elevator was nice to get everyone’s luggage/food to the floors. Only had a Keurig, so we did buy a coffee pot. Plenty of hot water for everyone. Wished we had TVs in the bedrooms. Parking is an issue as we had 2 passes & was able to park 2 vehicles in the garage. However, had a car without a pass parked on the street for 2 days which left us without a spot and was an issue that did not get resolved. We did park in front of the house that does not actually have any lines & we were concerned of getting towed. Only reason I left a 4 star instead of a 5.

Stayed May 17, 2024This house was perfect for my group of groomsmen with their significant others. The host was very accommodating and flexible. He allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated with so many people coming in from out of state. The house itself is beautiful and clean. I would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

Stayed May 2, 2024Great stay for 12 family members for UK graduation weekend. Excellent location- walk to Rupp easily. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and great kitchen and living room floor. Elevator made it easier to move luggage and cooler. Highly recommend!
